Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Great product & Great price
Really easy to order and pick exactly when I wanted things to arrive, mattress is super comfy but don't worry when you first get one, they take a few days to get used to. This was 1/2 the price of a worse tempur product we returned for being so poor and was a totally different buying and sleeping experience. I would absolutely buy another, my daughter needs a new mattress next year and ill be making it another rem-fit when we do

A month in and still happy.
About a month in and I find this mattress very comfortable. I'd say it lays between medium to firm but slightly more towards medium. Edge to edge though so definitely a bonus when the toddler takes over. Does have the cooling effect but is no magic bullet as when it's hot it's hot.

My miracle pillow
I bought first gel REM-FIT pillow few months ago as I couldn't find proper pillow for my neck and back. I was in love from the first night! I am a very light sleeper, and with back and neck issues, I still slept like a log after a long, long time. Usually I have to crack my neck few times a day, but since I'm sleeping on this amazing pillow, that's gone, as I don't have awkward position when sleeping. The pillow comes ready for sleep which is a great thing. There's also no strange smell like some new pillows can have. The only thing I noticed is there's no cooling effect as advertised. Especially if you put pillow protector, then case as recommended. I can get hot during night but not so much it keeps me awake. This pillow is a miracle for me, and saved me so many sleepless nights. I'm that happy and amazed with it, I bought my partner one as well. He's absolutely thrilled! Less snoring too. REM-FIT is best investment I've done recently, and it's worth it every penny! Customer service is great, packaging fantastic, delivery smooth and fast! Wholeheartedly recommend the site, and this phenomenal pillow!

Very fast order to delivery
Very fast order to delivery. 2 weeks in, sleeping much better than before. The mattress is very firm, just as I was hoping and very comfortable. Delivery men were extremely efficient and courteous, made sure I was happy before they left.

Comfortable first night
Had a little wait for my order but communication was good. Only arrived yesterday, slept well on new mattress and woke up without aches and pains. Been struggling with this for a while and is why I bought a new mattress. So far, so good, very happy 🤩
