Good product, bad service

The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these

500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months

I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

Rem Fit Bamboo Charcoal Pillow

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Cozy

This is the second mattress we have purchased from rem fit we had bought our first mattress 5 years ago for our bed so when we decided to replace the mattress on the spare room bed we had no hesitation in buying from rem fit. Good value for money.

Really comfortable nights sleep

For years I have tossed and turned in bed trying to get my pillow into a comfortable position without success. Now with my new pillow I lie down in bed and that’s it for the rest of the night. So pleased I bought this pillow.

Great service was offered free pillow protectors for the pillows I had ordered as they were not delivered on time. Forgot at the time to say yes please but when I realised I emailed and they were quickly sent to me.

I did initially purchase this mattress…

I did initially purchase this mattress with the intention of delaying delivery slightly but the delivery company hounded and hounded me to deliver this mattress as I was facing delays with my new bed from Dreams I wanted to hold off but reluctantly agreed to have it a month earlier than my bed arrival. Slept on the ortho mattress from mid April and started with aches and pains which subsided and for the last couple of months I've been in absolute agony with my hips (I'm only 30!!) and the pain this mattress is causing me is excruciating. Due to family bereavements this year and time passing in a blur and so fast I've only just managed to message and ask for a little compassion and to see if they'd be willing to exchange for a softer mattress for me but as it's been too long they've said no but offered me more products for more money which I simply can't afford with funerals being paid for and Christmas around the corner! Looks like I'll have to try sell and purchase elsewhere. After a family member originally reccomended this for me I would confidently say I do not reccomend this company and pelase put your money elsewhere into something which won't case you pain!! 😔

Ortho 500 mattress did wonders for my herniated discs

I bought the ortho 500 mattress after suffering several chronic herniated discs. I have not had a crisis since using this mattress. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

All true for me anyway!

The actual mattress is fantastic. Its weird as it molds into your body any part that is touching it but is firm at the same time. The only issue I had was how long it took to get the correct delivery. But the mattress is worth its money and the pain of waiting for it.

Bad experience so far, without even trying the mattress

So far, terrible experience. Ordered a black Friday deal mid November, the 600 Lux Hybrid in black which was the only one on the black Friday deal. It stated a 1-3 days lead time, despite also saying it was a pre-order for early December. So they are holding to customers money with no goods being shipped. Then this week, I noticed the price of the white version was reduced to the same price, but with a 1-3 day lead time. I then asked to change my order to the white version at the same price, needing a pre-December order for this week, which is what they claimed on their website, only for the courier to give me an earliest delivery date of early December. Not sure who is to blame as the courier is still waiting for the goods from the manufacturer so I think Rem-Fit may be playing silly games. What a waste of time in paying early, upfront and also with changing my order for no reason. Not happy at all so far. I will do another review of the mattress or if my experience changes somehow. Edit: in response to the reply from Rem-Fit, Amy did deal with the switch very quickly, which I was thankful for, but if you are aware of delays to lead times, you should not be offering a lead time of 1-3 days for the white version. You clearly knew REM-FIT could not meet this deadline, so in fact, it's false marketing, but I don't even want to open up that bag. You can change the price on your website easily enough when you want to, so how about liaising with the courier and showing the true delivery lead time on your website. Get rid of the 1-3 days and just put, delivery times can vary. You would get less complaints this way. Just a suggestion. And if changed my order on the 25th and confirmed on the 26th, I would still expect a November delivery, going on YOUR lead time of 1-3 day lead time. I will just wait patiently now for my delivery. Many thanks.

Fantastic purchase
