Absolute vultures

Absolute vultures, initially I was given wrong information regarding water support when I informed them the £20 a month increase is abit excessive for me to afford jumping from 64 to 84.40!! I was told I could get support with my daughter having a disability if I swapped back to a meter. They swapped me without me even speaking to someone to confirm and only then told me I didn’t even qualify but to switch back to monthly they had to investigate because my word wasn’t good enough?. They then saw they were at fault and switched me back and I was put into the same situation I was in prior to their wrong misleading in formation. This morning after my initial conversation saying I couldn’t even afford the increase I was concerned when I’d seen they’d set up a DD for even more of 93 odd and taken payment WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE yet again (they seem to be good at that) as this was not on my original bill or agreement, I phoned to raise a complaint this morning and the representative had the audacity to offer me reduced monthly instalments but it would affect my credit score and show me in arrears?? Are you joking is that even legal? When THEY are at fault they want to impact me further, surely that is reportable to FCA?? Yorkshire Water you are a bunch of vultures.

I did initially purchase this mattress…

I did initially purchase this mattress with the intention of delaying delivery slightly but the delivery company hounded and hounded me to deliver this mattress as I was facing delays with my new bed from Dreams I wanted to hold off but reluctantly agreed to have it a month earlier than my bed arrival. Slept on the ortho mattress from mid April and started with aches and pains which subsided and for the last couple of months I've been in absolute agony with my hips (I'm only 30!!) and the pain this mattress is causing me is excruciating. Due to family bereavements this year and time passing in a blur and so fast I've only just managed to message and ask for a little compassion and to see if they'd be willing to exchange for a softer mattress for me but as it's been too long they've said no but offered me more products for more money which I simply can't afford with funerals being paid for and Christmas around the corner! Looks like I'll have to try sell and purchase elsewhere. After a family member originally reccomended this for me I would confidently say I do not reccomend this company and pelase put your money elsewhere into something which won't case you pain!! 😔
