The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

I had issues with back pain, especially after a night's sleep. I ve tried Ergoflex and Simba but I would always wake up with back pain. Using recently a firm REM-Fit mattress I woke up with a lot less back pain

Product was advertised online and had positive reviews, the delivery was extremely quick and efficient. The mattress is great however scored 4 stars as it is slightly more firm than expected (more my fault than the products)

Still waiting to receive my mattress so this review is solely based on my delivery experience so far and I will happily write a further review of the mattress at a later date. I placed my order on the 5th December, before ordering the website stated that the Ortho 500 was in stock with a delivery lead time of 1-3 days. After placing my order and completing payment method only then are you able to choose you delivery appointment with the earliest availability being the 16th December. This day was not convenient so I selected Tuesday the 17th. Turns out it doesn't matter what day you pick because they attempted delivery on the 16th anyway. I had to refuse delivery because we were not in. I raised this with Customer Services by replying to my order email asking why it had been delivered on the wrong day and was informed that I had booked the 16th and could I provide proof of my booking for the 17th. Be aware that no delivery confirmation is sent out via email or WhatsApp and is not on you order details so I strongly suggest taking a screenshot so you have evidence of this. I advised I could not find any proof but was certain I booked the 17th but did not receive any confirmation from Rhenus Home Delivery. Customer Services insisted the delivery was scheduled for Monday 16th so I requested they send me proof which they did not but led to an email with the ability to rebook a new delivery time... The earliest available booking slot is the 27th December, a further 8 working days, yet the website will still lead you to believe you will get your new mattress in 1-3 days. Anyway I've rebooked for Monday 30th December so lets see what happens this time around.

Unbeleivable price for a King size 600 Lux mattress from the black friday sale. I nearly skipped it as it genuinely seemed too cheap to be a good buy (especcially for something as important as a mattress). We had a simba hybrid which has been excellent but wanted extra space of a kingsize. Communication has been absoloutely on point from their cusotmer services (product was preorder, they let me swap to a different colour of the same model for free which was in stock). They always responded quickly, were always good for their word (not easy to find in companies these days) and even gave me a free mattress protector. Mattress arrived today from 2 drivers who my wife said were really friendly, and first impressions of the mattress are that its even gettee than my Simba hybrid. Would 100% reccomend to anyone
