Bad experience so far, without even trying the mattress

So far, terrible experience. Ordered a black Friday deal mid November, the 600 Lux Hybrid in black which was the only one on the black Friday deal. It stated a 1-3 days lead time, despite also saying it was a pre-order for early December. So they are holding to customers money with no goods being shipped. Then this week, I noticed the price of the white version was reduced to the same price, but with a 1-3 day lead time. I then asked to change my order to the white version at the same price, needing a pre-December order for this week, which is what they claimed on their website, only for the courier to give me an earliest delivery date of early December. Not sure who is to blame as the courier is still waiting for the goods from the manufacturer so I think Rem-Fit may be playing silly games. What a waste of time in paying early, upfront and also with changing my order for no reason. Not happy at all so far. I will do another review of the mattress or if my experience changes somehow. Edit: in response to the reply from Rem-Fit, Amy did deal with the switch very quickly, which I was thankful for, but if you are aware of delays to lead times, you should not be offering a lead time of 1-3 days for the white version. You clearly knew REM-FIT could not meet this deadline, so in fact, it's false marketing, but I don't even want to open up that bag. You can change the price on your website easily enough when you want to, so how about liaising with the courier and showing the true delivery lead time on your website. Get rid of the 1-3 days and just put, delivery times can vary. You would get less complaints this way. Just a suggestion. And if changed my order on the 25th and confirmed on the 26th, I would still expect a November delivery, going on YOUR lead time of 1-3 day lead time. I will just wait patiently now for my delivery.
