I did not intentionally buy your product and asked for a refund the next day. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. I felt mislead by your web site aiming up when I was looking for Royal Mail. I have phoned 3 times to get a regund

Very easy to use this service and inexpensive compared to majority of marketplace. Literally took me 10 minutes to complete the online forms .Once payment confirmed they emailed me to confirm the services were available. A registered office address in less than 1 hour.

Otherwise known as ghostmail. They are conning people. They change the deals after you purchase them. The staff are unprofessional and rude. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED USING THIS COMPANY. I will definitely not renew the contract. Terrible. I suppose it is easy to just accept money for just having a building!

This company made this so easy. I chose the Registered Office option. Please note that I had paid for this service twice with 2 other companies. One stated the need access to my socials as t's&c's (I don't use socials) in order for me to use that company I should join is what I was met with. The second company asked for the same thing and would instruct me to register with Facebook. Where I understand that such socials are used by many. I do not wish to do that in order to use there service. To this company I provided a utility bill and proof of identity and I received an email within a few hours confirming payment and notification of my information being registered. I would Highly recommend this company. A straight forward process.

I would have given 5 Stars except that the first communication sent to me was puzzling, it stated that I'd purchased a different service from the service I'd actually purchased. But that got cleared up within 24 hours and I'm happy with this company. I think that they are focussed on customer satisfaction and that's rare these days.
