Advertisement for regain “don’t spend £110 per session on therapy when we can provide for £65 per session” then be advised to wait a few weeks between sessions by therapist so pay £200 for one session, I read the terms but thought if you are being advised by the therapist that it would obviously roll over. I contacted to ask for a refund for the second payment made and was advised this was unavailable EDIT: To update to reflect my current situation, the company has made contact and extended my usage period to allow for my sessions to be used and refunded my next payment until this session is over, so a very reasonable solution was found in the end even though it was a bit of a difficult path to get there.

They make you feel like they really care about you getting better.it’s a very easy site to use as well.all around great therapist.

Kellye Lewis is our Regain therapist and she is always very open, honest, and effective with helping us focus and obtain perspective. She remains completely neutral and supportive but is wonderful at helping couples understand one another, and while she focuses on the current issue(s) at hand she also helped us remember why we fell in love in the first place, which gave us both even more resolve to stay the course and try even harder to resolve the issues in our marriage. She is one of the best therapists I have had the pleasure of working with because she is honest - she does not tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what she sees and provides useful tools to employ, and I would be happy to recommend her to anyone!

I have been using Regain for about a month and have been very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of the service. I have abusy schedule and this has been a great solution for my wife and I.

Would prefer to give 0 stars no availability not on a normal time only around 10 pm and 4Am in the morning took us 4 weeks to get 1 session booked now have to pay another 110 but lost already 440 not again thank you

This is top quality therapy at a very reasonable price. Scheduling is easy, no traveling to an office, and you have the option of journaling and sending entries and messages to your therapist in addition to the video and/or phone sessions.

Regain claims you can cancel subscription at any time. You can, but since they charge 4 sessions at a time, they keep the difference, no matter how much notice you give them in advance. Not worth it.

The Regain app and website are often down and not working, not user friendly. The counselors are often unprofessional and do not care about you, your relationship, and will give you zero useful tools/advise and will waist your time and money.

Love them and how easy it is to see someone at a low cost! Found them over quarantine and came back recently when having issues again. Love that I can just start right back up where I left off.

Regain is a platform that connects you to an online therapist. Not only is it convenient, it's valuable. What I mean by that is knowing when you need to talk with someone who specializes in the area you seeking help for and being able to automatically connect with them is extremely helpful and it has a huge impact on the person(s) seeking help. That's valuable in my eyes because you never know who you are helping or what relationship you are saving.

Terrible, useless service. I paid for the whole month in advance (as required) and have now tried two different therapists. The first one was terrible - was 15 minutes late to our first (and only) appointment, which she then blamed on me (even though I was waiting in the room 10 minutes early). She did not listen. She did not respond to my points or questions. She then cut the session short. Did not respond to my messages or questions in the chat room, of which I asked several. Asked to change to someone else, and 4 days later I have had no response from her. I messaged her asking several questions about how to use the service and next steps. Nothing at all in response. So, I have paid hundreds of dollars for one lame 25-30 minute session with a terrible therapist who did not listen. Complete waste of money.

Regain has been so helpful and I’m glad I signed up. My husband and I have hectic schedules and a toddler so this is the only way we could go to therapy. Our therapist is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been in therapy on and off for 15 years. In one session with Regain, I had a very different experience. The insight I have gained from Regain is really changing my life. It has been scary, harsh, liberating, a source of hope,, it just felt like my boat was stuck in the ice, but the Regain icebreaker ship came steaming through and and yelled, "Well this is the way. Are you coming?"

We did Really loved our therapist. However, he did show up a couple minutes late and pretty much always ended out 30 minute sessions early. My big issue with regain…. They’re customer service. I changed my card on the account and it double charge me two times in a row. It was very hard to get in touch with someone so I fought the charge the second time. Then they just deleted me account and NEVER responded to my emails again…… so bizarre. If couples therapy was not so hard to find, then I would definitely not recommend their services.

I have been going for a month now with my boyfriend. We really enjoy working with our therapist. She does a great job of making us both feel seen and heard. She gives practical advice for us to try and isn’t afraid to call out certain behaviors we could work on. I’m very grateful for the help the staff have also been able to give in the financial aspects. The app is easy to use and I like the fact we can message at any time. This was very usual this week when an incident came up. We heard back quickly from the therapist and then were able to expand more during our session.

When we first started using Regain (a couple's therapy branch of BetterHelp), I didn't realize it was a part of B.H. I liked the interface and foudn the video calls easy to join. I do, however, have a few complaints. You can only schedule your next appointment after your currently scheduled appointment is over. Which means that if your appointment is later in the week (like Th or Fri), availability for the following week might already be claimed by people who had appointments Mon-Wed! It makes it tougher for us to schedule. Therefore I'd like to be able to schedule two weeks in advance rather than just one. It makes my availability a lot more predictable for my job. But yeah, we liked the person we were matched with, and we really got a lot of value out of our sessions. I think a little clarity as to what the messaging option is for (outside of practical things like scheduling questions) would be helpful. For example, am I expected/encouraged to talk in the chat as I would in therapy - about things that come up in my daily life? Some expectations would be nice. Finally, I wish that we had some advance notice that our therapist would be going on vacation this summer. We only found out when our Thursday appointment happened and we were going into the website to schedule our next appointment for the following week and saw there was no availability. A little more advance notice would have been nice - and more professional. I definitely think therapists deserve to take vacation too; I just think the system should be updated to improve user experience.

I used the couples counseling through this company and it has been helping a great deal! They are knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and kind. I expected professionalism but they have exceeded all expectations so far. I highly recommend them for any therapy needs as they seem to be able to help with a wide range of mental health issues and you can choose your counselor or switch at any time.

STAY AWAY This company is predatory. Regain was unclear about it's billing methods, and made no effort to inform me of the terms of their policy. They did make good effort to take my money. So what would make sense is when I pay for four weeks of counseling is for those weeks to correspond to 4 appointments. It does not make sense to charge your customer for weeks they do not schedule an appointment. It definitely does not make sense to assume I'm do pleased with this as to automatically renew a $320 monthly fee for this privilege. I have called twice and have had no luck yet with refunds. Their customer hotline has no phone connection to the billing side, which is not a thing that encourages honesty. Total trash company exploiting a genuine need with dishonest sale tactics. This company does not deserve to live and I enthusiastically await whatever class action lawsuits come up.

Absolutely life saving therapy me and my husband had. I first had one -one, then went to couples therapy. Still having it as our therapist is amazing, she reads us like she's known us for years. Very helpful. Will highly recommend it.
