I spent 3 days trying to sign up their plan. They took my phone number from Google Fi and couldn't give me a workable eSIM card. I spent at least 5 hours chatting with them for 4 days. They failed to fix it every time, even though everytime they are very confident they can fix it. They lack the technical capability to operate as a phone plan vendor. Do NOT waste your time with them, unless you want to lose your capability to call people when you are traveling outside. Think twice what you will do if you are outside and need medical help or call someone but you don't have a phone number because Redpocket cannot make it work!!!

I have 4 Red Pocket lines for my family, my son recently lost his phone on vacation. I bought a replacement phone and requested a replacement SIM via Red Pockets Live Chat on their site. Waiting 5 day nothing arrived, I live chatted with another agent who could find no record of my SIM request, they again promised a SIM would be sent immediately, it was not. I chatted again and was promised expedited delivery since they had failed twice already.. nothing again, and apparently no record of any of my prior chats/requests. The are clowns pretending to be professionals. look elsewhere, don't wast you time. I am moving all my lines to another provider later this week.

Billed For Higher Rate Plan I signed up for a $120 annual plan, and was billed for $180 annual plan, even though I printed the confirmation of the $120 plan. I spoke with customer service. They placed me on hold numerous times where the rep repeated the same thing over and over again, telling me that the rate, confirmed on their website under my account, was only for new customers/plans, then hung up on me. I tried submitting a ticket with no response, not even a ticket number. I then tried support email, only to be told eventually that the phone rep, who had hung up on me, had resolved my problem!

I have been with RedPocket for years. Suddenly my data was getting used up when I hadn't used it. All apps were shut off, etc., All I got was the runaround. RedPocket makes it very difficult to see data usage breakdowns and will not send the information directly unless you email customer service. I have an original $10.00 plan for 1 GB of service, and I think they are trying to force me out of it as their prices have quadrupled.
