Is a good service. I've been using it for a couple of months. Everything works fine. The only thing I can't not use at this moment is the Hotspot tool, but overall is excellent.

BEWARE OF FRAUD BY FREEDOMPOP AND RED POCKET MOBILE
BEWARE - Red Pocket Mobile owns FreedomPop. And FreedomPop/Red Pocket Mobile are committing FRAUD! Both companies will steal money from you! Years ago, I signed up for an advertised free mobile service from FreedomPop. FreedomPop/Red Pocket Mobile continues to charge me through PayPal, even though I NEVER received any mobile service from FreedomPop. Again, I never had service with either company and they have been charging my PayPal account for years.

Helpful, attentive and efficient customer service
My partner and I love Redpocket, we've been clients for a while. We recently had a big misunderstanding about the plans we bought. The representative Eliza Ann was super helpful, nice and patient with us through out the whole case. I'd recommend everyone to join Redpocket.
