I had one of my numbers with red pocket for over a year and needed to transfer a second number to a new dual sim phone, a pixel 7a. I tried first with my previous carrier and was only met with frustration. I tried red pocket and it didn't work at first so I called customer service. My rep was named Julio. This guy is amazing. Whatever he is earning, he deserves it plus some. The pixel 7a was not yet listed as compatible, but the pixel 7 was. He got IT on with us and they worked some sort of magic in the background to get it going. They sent me a new eSIM and I am connected and working. Couldn't be happier, both with my interaction with the company and the carrier service. Julio, well done! Thank You!

Jan is very knowledgeable, and efficient in getting my numbers transferred across network to an esim plan. I almost have an instant connection but alas, the esim needs IT clearance to release the QR code. That seems to be an IT workflow design issue that redpocket needs to improve so the CS can deliver at the front end

Service was very good and price was good also. The problem withRed Pocket is they will not release your number to port to a new company. They say is has been done but had to call back next day to have it done again. They put you on hold for a total of 45 minutes coming back every 15 minutes saying it will be a little longer. Finally got released and all good now.
