Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Customer Service is a facade

So the reason I signed up with Rebel is for emphasis on customer service, apparently setting them apart from other providers. Yes, calls are answered quickly, and friendly but not by Rebel - it's an outsource centre - I have to give all my details each time - and then wait for callbacks that don't happen. Paying a company to answer calls promptly does not constitute good customer service when there is no one from Rebel at the other end - it's deceitful

No messing about … Great probider

No messing about … a fixed monthly price, internet works very well … good speeds, no drop outs, good router, easy to setup … it actually connected 2 days before it was supposed to … I can’t fault rebel at all πŸ‘. Great so far 😁

Aamir is a legend!

Spoke with Aamir, was an incredible agent to work with. Amazing customer service, extremely patient and friendly. I couldn't recommend Rebel WiFi enough. The speeds on offer are great & the super boosters are not only affordable but you lose no speed whatsoever connecting via them!

Customer Service Above & Beyond

After 15 years of custom at one of the major ISP’s I decided to look to move due to continually rising costs & an at times frustrating customer experience. I’d remained due to their monopoly on Gigabit fibre to the property in our postal area but crossing the Β£100/month meridian signalled a time to change. Their offers to try to keep me as a loyal customer were derisory in comparison to those afforded to new customers so I did my research and initiated the move via the One Touch Switch scheme. This did not go smoothly at all due to the way the existing company administers accounts. Long story short, the team at Rebel were really helpful and sympathetic whenever we had cause to correspond and importantly, had time to actually help and advise constructively. They even went above and beyond when it came to assisting me to maintain a complex internal network by providing alternative equipment which is working very well. I’m now simply waiting for open reach to break the hold of the β€˜other’ company on fibre in the area to get these speeds back to what I’m used to. Cannot fault this firm and they deserve high praise and recognition for how they treat the customer. 5 stars for sure. Many thanks.

6 months with Rebel

I’ve had their service for a few months now. The transfer to them and arranging the fibre line happened without any problems. The service has worked perfectly with a good WiFi signal. Just recently had a problem and they are easy to contact and reply straight away. They tried a couple of things and updated the router firmware which solved the problem. They connect with the router remotely rather than asking the customer to fix the problem. More expensive than the big players introductory offers but I went for their service. The big players take too long to respond.

I would happily recommend Rebel internet to anyone - my experience has only been positive. Internet service is consistent and stable throughout my home, installation was completed as advised and the customer service is outstanding, thank you Rebel :)

Perfect
