Customer Service is a facade
So the reason I signed up with Rebel is for emphasis on customer service, apparently setting them apart from other providers. Yes, calls are answered quickly, and friendly but not by Rebel - it's an outsource centre - I have to give all my details each time - and then wait for callbacks that don't happen. Paying a company to answer calls promptly does not constitute good customer service when there is no one from Rebel at the other end - it's deceitful
