I’ve had their service for a few months now. The transfer to them and arranging the fibre line happened without any problems. The service has worked perfectly with a good WiFi signal. Just recently had a problem and they are easy to contact and reply straight away. They tried a couple of things and updated the router firmware which solved the problem. They connect with the router remotely rather than asking the customer to fix the problem. More expensive than the big players introductory offers but I went for their service. The big players take too long to respond.
