Customer Service Above & Beyond
After 15 years of custom at one of the major ISP’s I decided to look to move due to continually rising costs & an at times frustrating customer experience. I’d remained due to their monopoly on Gigabit fibre to the property in our postal area but crossing the £100/month meridian signalled a time to change. Their offers to try to keep me as a loyal customer were derisory in comparison to those afforded to new customers so I did my research and initiated the move via the One Touch Switch scheme. This did not go smoothly at all due to the way the existing company administers accounts. Long story short, the team at Rebel were really helpful and sympathetic whenever we had cause to correspond and importantly, had time to actually help and advise constructively. They even went above and beyond when it came to assisting me to maintain a complex internal network by providing alternative equipment which is working very well. I’m now simply waiting for open reach to break the hold of the ‘other’ company on fibre in the area to get these speeds back to what I’m used to. Cannot fault this firm and they deserve high praise and recognition for how they treat the customer. 5 stars for sure. Many thanks.
