Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Great great service

Great great service, customer support very responsive, internet has worked amazingly well throughout the usage period. And just generally, great experience. Especially because they do monthly rolling contracts at a reasonable price - which is very very difficult to find. Used BT/EE/Sky before this - Rebel miles better.

Great company!!

Great company!! After a traumatic 18 months and 5 ISPs we found Rebel and took a punt. So glad we did. Helpful, friendly comms, good people. Actual humans who care and want to help. Going over and above. Emma was great and really shines for their business. They must do so much better than Sky, Now, pop, starlink, O2 and Highland broadband as well. Really pleased with these guys. Sign up! And you may get a dealie as well!

Changed to Rebel due to Virgin media…

Changed to Rebel due to Virgin media not reducing our monthly costs down enough. They also wouldn't remove our landline, we no longer use it so why would we pay for it! Rebel do not increase fees every year, you can set up the cost for 2 years, we went for 1 year as we weren't sure but now wish we had. Would have given 5 stars but occasionally the internet drops out.

Internet through rebel is poor!

Internet through rebel is poor! Continuously drops out and recently has been much worse. Keeps stating "Connected without internet", & Rebel have not been helpful in providing a permanent solution to the poor connection status of their service, meaning I keep having to contact them about this same issue over and over. Very frustrating indeed - I definitely do not recommend this company if you work from home or rely on your Internet service as rebel internrt would be too unreliable

Efficient and Friendly

Initial problems were sorted out in a fast efficient manner even to the point of supplying a VOIP adapter and phone (later not needed). Any problem is dealt with in an extremely professional way with the ability to talk to extremely helpful and friendly people who actually take an interest and provide assistance to solve the problem. I think of them as friends. I have used several providers and Rebel is in a different league.

Solved my Wi-Fi problems quickly and easily.

I was suffering repeated Wi-Fi dropouts, and despite Sky broadband telling me three times that the problem had been fixed, the interruptions continued. Unable to switch suppliers because I was stuck in a contract with Sky, I went with Rebel’s Wi-Fi only option and they duly sent me two Superpods. Plugged them in and connected one to my Sky router- no further issues. Quick and easy. Also customer service has been first class, I had a little difficulty getting the customer portal working but they responded quickly and got it sorted. Highly recommended.
