Quickline Broadband UK Reviews

Thomas T today installed WiFi at my caravan. He was pleasant, friendly and explained what he was doing during the whole process. He kept the areas tidy and removed any debris. All together a very professional job and a very satisfied customer 👍.

After six years living in an area that time forgot 😂 I have now been finally able to enjoy internet speeds others would take for granted. Thank you!!!!! So very much Clare Andrews for being the amazing face of Quickline Broadband, you were so professional from the minute we met at our door where we were rushing out to an appointment, you happily arranged for a FU convenient to us. It was a quick, efficient set up with every promise you made coming to fruition, all 3 members of the Quickline team that I had communication with; Engineer ensuring wiring was set up in the we were happy with. Attending on the exact date arranged at the start of the process, the second engineer was polite, gave opportunity to discuss positioning to suit us. All in all the staff are a credit to Quickline. It was so refreshing to have a service which delivered exactly, without any hiccups what we expected. I have already spoken to others to tell them of this amazing broadband

The only reason i have given 5* is because of the staff. All encountered, from the build and dig team contractors to the Onboarding team, customer service and installation engineer have been excellent. Special mention to Martyn Warner installation engineer who stayed far longer than needed to ensure everything was as good as it could be. Also Mia of the onboarding team who is a shining credit for Quickline. Had the 500mb package for a couple of days now and whilst the engineers work phone showed 500mb speed in the house our personal phones did not and nor did any of the devices. It was explained that the older , more used and unclean a device is the slower speed it will show irrespective of the 500mb/1000mb or whatever speed at your router. But the speeds are faster than the previous mobile broadband so will see how it performs with time. Would recommend though.

Stan S came and done a survey and was very professional, polite and courteous. He was very efficient and explained everything thoroughly at the end of the survey we decided to ahead with the product and he installed it all quickly and efficiently and left no mess. Very impressed.

The move from BT to Quickline has been seamless. The external works were carried out with the minimum of fuss to get fibre to the house. Alvin, our installer, was great. He explained the process clearly, spent time working out the best positions for our router and boosters, and was a pleasure to deal with.

The engineer, Steve MacDonald was very pleasant, courteous and efficient, and when he finished, the broadband workedwell, and at the speed we requested.

Helpful friendly team. Installer Stan is very contentious and professional. Thank you.

Absolutely incredible switching service, the whole process took 10 minutes with Quickline taking over everything. How wonderful, thats how a response to a customer should work. The representative Mia was brilliant Magic Thank you

Thomas Turnbull came to install my broadband today. He was so friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made sure everything was running properly before he left.

Had Shaun, Lewis and Brad out today to do a challenging fibre install, other companies had said were impossible. They arrived on time and just got the job done. Neat install, very pleased.

The salesman described everything perfectly. The fibre cable was installed on our property. We were given a date for activation. A technician came, drilled through the wall, fitted the necessary boxes and router, connected the phones and gave us a card with the router details and password, Ten minutes after he left we had all our computers and phones connected

After reporting an issue with our broadband, the problem was quickly identified. We needed an engineer visit, and Josh came early the next day. A lovely engineer who solved the problem and got us back online very quickly.
