The flight itself was comfortable and arrived on time. However, the baggage fees are quite steep compared to other airlines. Service was good but not exceptional.

The in-flight entertainment system is top-notch with lots of current movies and TV shows. However, the economy seats felt quite cramped on the A330. Food was surprisingly good for airline standards. Crew were friendly but seemed a bit rushed during service.

Flew Sydney to Singapore and everything went perfectly. Check-in was quick, boarding was orderly, and the flight departed on time. The crew were attentive and the aircraft was modern and well-maintained. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Flew with Qantas from Sydney to Melbourne and was thoroughly impressed. The cabin crew were professional and attentive throughout the flight. The long-haul flight to London was comfortable with decent legroom in economy. However, the check-in process was quite slow and chaotic at the airport. The meal service was average at best.
