Mixed experience on international route
The long-haul flight to London was comfortable with decent legroom in economy. However, the check-in process was quite slow and chaotic at the airport. The meal service was average at best. Entertainment system worked well and the crew were helpful when needed. Would fly with them again but hope they improve their ground services.
