Really fast delivery and great customer service. I had an issue with my scooter had an error code so I contacted customer service. They got back to me super quick and asked for me to send it back to them and sent me a box out as I threw out the one it came in. As it was within 30 days of purchase they sent me a brand new one. They provide a great service 100% recommend.

I bought my scooter in summer and in less than 2 months, my scooter broke down. I asked for a fix and after almost 2 weeks, they returned the scooter with the same problem. Again I asked for a fix and they are replacing it with a new one, but I missed 2 months of good season to use my scooter. They were so slow in maintenance and delivering.
The scooter is nice quality and the customer service is excellent
bought the electric scooter from these guys after doing a lot of research as soon as it arrived assembled it and it stopped working within 30 minutes with an error code. Then I’ve been emailing these guys after three days. They arranged for somebody to pick it up and now I’ve been told I’ve Gotta wait 10 to 15 days for this to be fixed really disappointed would not recommend this company to anybody stay away. Unfortunately I’m stuck and I have no choice to wait now worst £400. I’ve spent ever
The tyres are very prone to puncture and particularly the back one is hard to change. The battery doesn’t do the miles advertised. It is well made and sturdy. I wouldn’t buy another one.

Item was as described delivery took longer then stated.
Scooter broke within 3 months due to weak points in the design. Had multiple issues with it so it had to get send back which took longer than it needed too, I would not recommend at all.
I bought this for my son. When he went on it for the first time, he had the biggest grin on his face. My daughters boyfriend also had a go and loved it and now my daughter finally was persuaded to have a go and now she wants one. As long as they are used sensibly they are great fun and would recommend them
I ordered the normal scooter and when I was checking the company, I noticed that they did the flex model which was not advertised on Amazon. I contacted the company and asked if I could change to the flex model and pay the difference. The company was very helpful and arrange for me to do this. The scooter has arrived, and it is exceptional in construction and design. I am very limited for space in my campervan and this scooter is a game changer for me and I would think for many other small campervan owners.delighted with my purchase
I fell the information given for self fix before shipping was not good, along with this when following the instructions sent for shipping the cable that connects the handlebars to the frame broke, this was clearly through a design fault. We where then charged for this they did take of the labour cost, however the part cost was still there. Then when the part was ordered it was sent to my address rather then there repairs center. A it was then collected sent back to them, then a day after another email comes through this time for no cost however for the same part again. This felt a lot like they had lost the part and had to order another again delaying the process. It was not a good experience
Scooter has had to go back as it stopped charging, only been used a handful of times!
The scooter exceeded our expectations. It seems very well made, and it's easy to ride. We have not used it very much, but it looks first-class. It was delivered on time and in excellent condition.
