Bought New Front Light Did NOT Work !!!
Second return to Pure for repair on a scooter less than a year old. Pure deemed neither repair was covered by 12 month warranty so £200 out of pocket. Actual pick up and repair process was fine.
Early hiccup but resolved quickly. PURE Air Pro LR - very happy with the scooter so far.
So easy to buy, great finance/instalments options available. Package arrived next day, extremely easy to get the scooter ready for a ride. Highly recommended!
My Scooter formed a crack in the frame, so i emailed over pictures and explanation and they took it in for a review and they gave me a brand new one. Service was brilliant. Totally different from what i thought, and what i heard about. Teresa was very helpful. Thank you.

Brilliant company Amazing products, informative easy to use website and quick delivery. Only downside is conflicting delivery faq. Ordered on a friday expecting monday delivery as the website states no weekend delivery, item out for delivery on the Saturday with their delivery partner. Cant fault the item ordered and the quick delivery...only the delivery partner as my item arrived with a broken amber reflector, but there was a spare in the box.
The only problem was one of t he reflectors had fallen off in transit or in packing. I was able to glue it back on.
the scooter we ordered did not do the miles it stated. after discussing this with pure electrics we was offered 65% refund of what we paid for it. after returning and checking the scooter they blamed it on the tyre pressure. when receiving the scooter again to the tyre pressure they advised the tyre popped. again a return. a positive is they did fix the tyre but didn't fix the mileage the scooter does. it only does 50% of what it is supose too. personally the scooters don't do the miles stated and they don't take any responsibility for this.
What an awful experience; They promise you can book a one hour next day delivery but this isn't true at all. I ordered Friday and by the end of Monday, still no updates. I contacted them asking what was going on and all they bothered to reply with was the dpd dashboard where if they even bothered to look into it for one minute, they would see there was an issue and the item wasn't picked up. They don't answer the phone or reply back to customer service emails or support requests either. Today they told me they didn't know what happened and where my order is and refunded me. Do not put your life in the hands of these people!

Delivery came on time. Built well but battery life not what expected. Our daughter is always back home within 3 hours to put back on charge
I have been dealing with Samantha. So I bought a Segway Kickerstarter scooter from Pure Electric a few years ago and it went faulty well after the pure electric warranty. they advised me to try contact Segway themselves as their warranty might be longer. great advice. Segway said if the battery was a faulty part then it's covered. Great right, but then in the process of sending the scooter to Segway, they lost my scooter, 7 months later of them collecting evidence they then said to contact original retailer to get refund as they apparently have stock issues and don't provide refunds to public. So I contacted Pure Electric and then everything became quicker and smoother in resolving my issues. I thank Samantha from turning my poor Segway experience into a great pure electric experience. Samantha was kind and polite and listened to me concerns and did everything she could to help resolve my issue, even though it wasn't a pure electric problem, they didn't want an upset customer. Great customer service. Thank you so very much.

Powerful when climbing the road, stable when run on the uneven road, easy to control. Need to improve the step side that starch me a few times. And I want to have more accessory for my PURE scooter, such as bag, cup holder or extend handle…
