Really well made electric scooter. My grandson has had one for 12 months. As a 10 year old does he has pushed it on the ground a few times and broken the light off but we easily got a replacement for it.

horrible experience: frequent punctures and yesterday after fixing my 11th inner tube in one year and now the motor doesn't work now, everytime I try to accelerate it refuses and makes a big noise as if it was a car engine. Horrible decision going with PURE. Can't even go to work anymore.

the customer support team are very helpful. my scooter ended up having a fault after owning it for 2 months however it was still in warranty they shipped me a new box free of charge and it was sent to their repair shop all for free. They managed to fix the issue, they also replaced some of the light reflectors and rubber seals which i never asked them to do but they did anyway which i appreciated. they customer support team got back to me very rapidly and kept me updated along the way. couldn’t fault them for their efforts.

On the 7th of august I ordered some stuff on there website and they haven’t sent my parcel for over a week so I requested it to be sent on the 22nd of august which is a week later than it still doesn’t come so I mail them about the issue and they told me it would come on the 27th of august and it still didn’t come so coming up to the 24th of September I still don’t have my parcel and between the 27th of august and the 24th of September I have been mailing them constantly.
