I bought my scooter on the 10th September arrived on the 12th I had it for 13 days then one day I took it to the gym locked it up and it has been stolen with cctv footage from the gym police said they can’t do anything since the person who robbed it can’t be identified.i contacted pure customer support and told them about my situation and said they can’t do anything not even give me my serial number as I didnt write it down or take photos of it I would like to ask one more time if there is anything you can do to help me with this situation as this scooter was brand new and needed it to get to college and help my mother out with shopping.even a discount on my next purchase for an e scooter would be great thank you for reading
I am very pleased with my scooter but it was very difficult to organise delivery. I don't think the company should be promising next day delivery when this cannot be organised. It also stated that you can choose a time for delivery but this has to be paid for (which is not mentioned) and also cannot be guaranteed to happen with all deliveries. Having to send emails and not being able to speak to anybody is a real letdown. Also requests that were made were not even organised even though the person responding assured that they were. It's a shame because I have ordered from the company before and previously found the service great. In future I will looking elsewhere for my scooter purchases as dealing with this order was major stress.

So 1st scooter bought beginning of august, 1 week in & dies, picked up & a new replacement sent, great! Today the 2nd scooter has been collected with same issue, frustrating not having shops to take to, all the messing around of collecting then waiting for it to be returned or replaced, now without a scooter for who knows how long so paid for an item that can’t be used again!! Beginning to think we should of purchased something more reliable, very disappointing

I got a very expensive scooter and had problems and reached out but got no valid help just the normal stuff in the instructions. The battery is not lasting long at all and I would be mindful if you are over 70kg as it drains very fast. Also had a loose rear wheel which made a knocking sound but when I investigated it did 2 rotations and it was then tight. Not good for brand new.

I handed my scooter in for repair and it took some time but the things that have done for me to correct was amazing. They are really the best after care company I have seen. They are easy to deal with and straightforward. I wouldn’t recommend them highly enough. I would like to thank Carla for her amazing care. Kudos to you as a company and a fantastic scooter.

its such a great scooter, very smooth and looks good. We just use it for short journeys on quiet roads - why on earth is there resistance to that ? Our son loves it.
