Great speedy delivery too

Pure Electric's escooters are great machines, especially if one lives in the UK (warranty covers wet weather). However, customer service & maintenance are not fit for purpose if one relies on these machines for day-to-day mobility: * no customer service number (apart from finance) * all communications go through emails (check your spams) * any attempt to fix any electric fault yourself voids the warranty * all repairs require the machine to packed in the original box, then sent to their service center; if you dont keep the original box (who would do that anyway?), you have to wait for one to be delivered, contact Pure again and have it picked up. there are 3 repair centers within the M25 * Pure uses DPD but does not allow for any change of pickup or delivery directly with DPD. you have to stay home on the planned days. In all, it will have taken about a month to get my machine back. terrible.

I emailed them and explained I had an issue with my scooter. They gave me all the information I needed and unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete it myself. I was able to send my scooter to them for them to hopefully repair and unfortunately they weren’t able to repair it but it sent me a brand-new scooter for the inconvenience

Before buying a scooter spent a bit of time looking into various sellers. Thought Pure seemed very professional easy to order, great delivery actually great product. I’ve had my scooter almost a year done 500k on it. Has been working fine until the other weak battery obviously knackered as will only run for a couple of miles before it cuts out and stops. Emailed Pure twice can’t find a contact number (must be intentional which should raise Alarm bells) the end result is avoid this company at all costs. I would expect far better service from a company selling products at this price level. Totally unsatisfactory
