I haven't receive the parcel at all
Scooters keep breaking and problems with dpd to deliver. Customer service is good reply on time and the scooter is great when working but just keep having problems with them having to send them back leaving me with no scooter. Asked for a temporary replacement or to just swap scooter with a new one but its not an option

I needed extra side lights, and order them, fast delivery and not to expensive. Will order more as and when

After buying the scooter only used it twice then was a fault after two weeks of trying to contact pure I can send it back they won’t replace it they want to repair the scooter it’s not on

Had an issue with my daughters scooter. Quick and efficient. Also was damaged in transit back to Pure to which I was asked to pay for the parts but after explaining that I took photos before it was sent they ordered the parts and paid for them and returned the scooter as good as new. Also very simple. I would definitely order from these again👍

Pure electric customer service and the process for ordering was great. The scooter arrived in perfect condition and the packaging was great. Unpacking the scooter and the instructions for setup were also very clear and well presented. Riding the scooter is great fun and the ride comfort awesome. So far I've no complaints on the ride quality and durability of the product. From my experience there are 2 negatives which do cause me to drop my rating to 4 star: 1 - The stated battery life and expected range. I purchased the Air3Pro and the ride performance is excellent. The battery life however not so. So far I've managed to squeeze around 9-10 miles per charge, way off the 24.8 miles stated on the website. Sure, other factors impact this range such as my weight, hills, ambient temperature etc, but at 40% the stated range, I feel a little bit let down. I would have purchased the Pro+ if I'd known. (Pure if your reading this and have an exchange policy be great to hear from you) 2 - Connectivity to the companion app is flaky and should be looked at. Once connected its fine, but quite often my phone and scooter fail to pair and the only solution I've found so far is to delete and reinstall the app. Overall, if you prepare yourself and expect lower than estimated range then the product is great. Would I recommend, absolutely 100%
I am Extremely indignant about my order. I Purchased an Electric scooter along with two items.The order took longer than Expected and When it arrived there were some issues so I had to return it ,they lead me on how to return the item and watching on their YouTube videos.However I made sure everything I purchased was safely in the box and made a safe return.The company Got the Item.Furthermore through the refund process I got a refund for only one item and I kept complaining numerous times to them about were the other items are in the Box and the locker I purchased Was connected to the scooter and they told me they couldn’t find it,which is extremely annoying. I am not satisfied and not any other Customer would about this.And I am going to raise a Dispute about it
