Great Scooter Experience - but be wary of battery range
Pure electric customer service and the process for ordering was great. The scooter arrived in perfect condition and the packaging was great. Unpacking the scooter and the instructions for setup were also very clear and well presented. Riding the scooter is great fun and the ride comfort awesome. So far I've no complaints on the ride quality and durability of the product. From my experience there are 2 negatives which do cause me to drop my rating to 4 star: 1 - The stated battery life and expected range. I purchased the Air3Pro and the ride performance is excellent. The battery life however not so. So far I've managed to squeeze around 9-10 miles per charge, way off the 24.8 miles stated on the website. Sure, other factors impact this range such as my weight, hills, ambient temperature etc, but at 40% the stated range, I feel a little bit let down. I would have purchased the Pro+ if I'd known. (Pure if your reading this and have an exchange policy be great to hear from you) 2 - Connectivity to the companion app is flaky and should be looked at. Once connected its fine, but quite often my phone and scooter fail to pair and the only solution I've found so far is to delete and reinstall the app. Overall, if you prepare yourself and expect lower than estimated range then the product is great. Would I recommend, absolutely 100%
