Segway problem but solved by pure electric
I have been dealing with Samantha. So I bought a Segway Kickerstarter scooter from Pure Electric a few years ago and it went faulty well after the pure electric warranty. they advised me to try contact Segway themselves as their warranty might be longer. great advice. Segway said if the battery was a faulty part then it's covered. Great right, but then in the process of sending the scooter to Segway, they lost my scooter, 7 months later of them collecting evidence they then said to contact original retailer to get refund as they apparently have stock issues and don't provide refunds to public. So I contacted Pure Electric and then everything became quicker and smoother in resolving my issues. I thank Samantha from turning my poor Segway experience into a great pure electric experience. Samantha was kind and polite and listened to me concerns and did everything she could to help resolve my issue, even though it wasn't a pure electric problem, they didn't want an upset customer. Great customer service. Thank you so very much.
