Pure Electric Reviews

Helped with installing solar and converting our gas/electric house into just electric in 2014. It saves us a large amount of money per year as we no longer get power bills and even get some money back each year from the solar. Is actually more comfortable to live in for example: doing away with the awful swampy evaporative cooler and replacing it with a heat pump air conditioner/humidifier, faster hot water from the heat pump hot water unit, and faster cooker and boiling of water on the induction cooktop.

Lots of necessary information, does what they say, skilled installers, great after sales support John & Louise

I got very good installation and service for my system. The design seems optimal and now I'm earning $ most of the year rather than paying $$$$ each quarter. Got very good answers to my questions and good help. Had trouble with wifi because of the distance to the router but that was fixed with a hard wire and now I have even been checking the system while travelling OS. I've recommended PE to several friends who have all reported similar experiences, These guys really know what they're talking about.

I had great experiences with Pure Electric for installation of both solar PV and heat pump. Highly recommended!

My Daikon US7 is a great product and the service and installation by Pure Electric was very efficient and helpful. Mathew is very informed in green energy and sustainability matters and provided me with very helpful information

Matt and his team installed a massive solar system and a dozen split systems into our house. I have no hesitation recommending Matt and Pure Electric from design through to installation. A pleasure to work with and a professional job completed with no nonsense or problems.

The service is outstanding & we would recommend them to anyone. They only sell quality products which stand up to the test of time. The advice given is always base on FACTS and not fiction.

In our quest to make our house ‘all-electric’ and disconnect from the gas network, we chose Pure Electric to install several Daikin US7 heat pumps for heating/cooling, a Sanden heat pump hot water service and a Methven Kiri Ultra low flow showerhead. Matthew at Pure Electric has a strong background in the renewable energy sector and the Pure Electric team are passionate about promoting greater in-home energy efficiency. We found our dealings with Matthew and Paul to be prompt, courteous and very helpful. The products that Pure Electric stock are the best available in terms of energy efficiency and reliability. As a returned customer, I can highly recommend the Pure Electric team.

We're very happy with the five Daikin US7 air conditioners we had installed by Pure Electric to replace both our heating and cooling. The quotation process was thorough and allowed us to specify exactly where each indoor and outdoor unit would be placed. The workmanship of the installation was excellent. One of the units had an issue, and Pure Electric went to great lengths to ensure it was remedied. The units themselves do an excellent job at efficiently heating and cooling our house. Last but not least, the pricing was very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pure Electric.

Pure Electric design excellent solutions at a competitive price. Matthew and his team have supplied myself and friends about 5 systems of PV and RCAC, they use high quality equipment, well designed for the requirements, are easy to work with and very competitive pricing.

I would very highly recommend Matthew and Pure Electric. No gimmicks or sales pitches on the back of government incentives, just honest advice based on significant industry knowledge and experience and great service even after the installation was complete. Matthew has a passion in reducing our impact on resources and ultimately saving his customers money long term and was happy to take me through all options detailing the benefits or pitfalls. I have now had the pleasure of using Pure Electric and their expertise for the replacement of my hot water service to a Sanden Heat Pump unit (including great water saving shower head alternatives) and more recently the installation a solar system which will not only cater for our power needs but ultimately provide us a return. Both have made a huge difference to our energy and water bills. The installers on both occasions were polite and did a great neat job which was refreshing given I am a bit pedantic.

Matthew happily took the time to explain what was possible and why, the options available. He lives and breathes this stuff, very knowledgeable, yet not pushy at all. The installers were first rate and did a great job with good consultation. The equipment has all worked without issues so far and we had a power meter installed in our switchboard so we get full information via the internet and the inverter. We purchased 6.6kW solar panels into a 5kW Fronious inverter, with Fronious power meter to monitor consumption, a Daikin US7 heat pump for heating and cooling and a Sanden heat pump hot water system. Our total energy consumed has dropped massively, sorry have not worked it out exactly, as well as the total cost of energy. Only have gas for cooking left to go. Give them a call and talk about what nan be done. Wayne

Everything went well. The inspector said it was as good of an install as he has ever seen.

I had 2 Daicon aircons and a Sanden heat pump installed. The house is now warmer than ever in winter and our electricity bill has halved, even with installing the Sanden to replace our gas instantaneous how water. Plus no more gas bills. The system is going to pay for itself in utility savings in around 3-4 years. Also installed the Methvan shower head and it is the best of its type. The team were very knowledgeable, passionate about reducing power use and helpful. The after sales service was pretty impressive too.

My technical enquiry was followed through and resolved very satisfactorily. Thanks

I purchased two Daikin split systems units from Pure-Electric to solve the heating and cooling challenges in my two-storey, open planned, industrial type apartment. I chose Matt because his business has a focus on environmental sustainability. I wanted products, which would be highly energy efficient, and also good quality, and long-lasting. I am very happy with the results. The installations were complex, but completed to a very high standard. My power usage has come down too. Matt has been great with any follow up questions following the installs as well. I totally recommend Matt and his team!

I have a Sanden hot water heat pump installed by Pure Electric. They have always been extremely helpful and respond very promptly. I unreservedly recommend Pure Electric.

Matt’s knowledge and expertise was invaluable in getting my solar up and running! No question too big or small - Matt was always helpful, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!

Professional and prompt response to my enquiry. The Methven Showerhead is terrific and has saved heaps to reduce the amount of water we use.

Very hardworking bunch persisted on our difficult job until it was done.
