I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

Todo genial

Lo mejor la atención de Jordi del concesionario Opel de Mataró. Sus explicaciones y seguimiento correctísimo. Acabo de comprar el coche así que espero todo siga bien.

Avoid PSA at all costs

Avoid PSA at all costs. If you are getting a finance on a vehicle please speak with the dealership to find out if it is with PSA, if so go elsewhere. PSA's service is awful, staff are extremely unhelpful and always tell you incorrect information. They harassed me for money even though I had given PSA proof from PSA that my account was closed and paid in full. I wish I hadn't taken out finance through them! Terrible company and should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers like they do. They are point blank ignoring me now after I raised a complaint with their staff. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Joke of a company

Joke of a company. Ordered a new company van, via Robins & Day. We have several vehicles from this supplier already on PSA Contract Hire. After nearly 2 hours, PSA asked for a directors guarantee, which I agreed to, then after another hour PSA refused finance stating our Experian Credit Rating was not sufficient. The company rating is 92 (Very Low Risk) and my personal rating is 999 - the highest you can get. Ordered a new Toyota Van instead, no Directors Guarantee required which will be delivered in 5 days ! Needless to say Peugeot have lost us as a customer for good.

AVOID PSA FINANCE AT ALL COSTS *******

Appalling standard of service when returning PCP car. Misleading and incorrect advice, rude staff, failed to arrange collection of car from my home, stated that I would need to pay any negative equity charges and in a second phone call that these charges do not apply, letter sent stating zero damage charges and told on phone to pay damage charges or they would call bailiffs even though damage charges stated as nil on letter, second letter sent with increased damage charges making no reference to the first letter, no apology and nothing to state that the first letter is incorrect, attempting to charge for damage that was present at time of manufacture/vehicle delivery. Upon receipt of my detailed complaint letter, PSA have responded with a letter stating that I should pay the bill in full then they may refund some/all of it when they have reviewed the case. However the amount they are asking for is unclear (2 letters with different amounts), the complaint is about the charges made, plus given my experience with PSA (and the experiences of others) I do not trust PSA to refund any monies. The letter is also misleading with wording suggesting that non-payment MAY be a breach of contract. This is purposely intended to bully customers into payment after making a complaint, and the wording is purposely misleading (do they believe it is a breach of contract or not?). Also no deadline date has been provided for payment. Nasty company, and the aggressive deceitful way they deal with customers is entirely deliberate in order to bully customers into making incorrect and excessive payments. ****** AVOID AT ALL COSTS! REMEMBER PSA FINANCE INCLUDES CITROEN, PEUGEOT AND NOW VAUXHALL.******** My case has also been submitted to Watchdog, as it is clear that MANY customers are treated very badly by PSA finance. This needs exposing.

Shabby treatment

I got a speeding fine in France in January, first I heard about it was via a very shabbily written letter in September. They say they wrote to me previously - they didn’t. When I called to find out why, they said I needed to contact the French company as “we would have given them your details”. They didn’t. So 8 months on I have to pay the fine plus their admin charge. What admin?! I am appalled that I have no redress here. I’d have paid immediately if they’d told me sooner. Really disappointed. Will never use this company again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

Awful awful company, rip off, terrible.

Awful awful company. I wish I'd looked for reviews before taking out a 3-year finance agreement for a Peugeot. When Mannheim came to collect the car, which we'd had valeted, all its documents intact etc. the inspector pointed to a dent which we honestly couldn't see, unless we knelt down and squinted at a certain angle. We disputed the cost of repair, he said if we didn't agree, he'd leave and we'd be charged a £135 cancellation fee. Stupidly I signed to say we agreed with the damage, the estimated cost of repair for the dent was more than £200 - our thinking was otherwise we'd be throwing away £135. Then today I had a letter from my bank saying PSA had tried to charge me for the £6800 for the purchase of the car, which we'd returned via Mannheim two weeks previously & paid more than £200 for repair to an almost invisible dent. Phoned up, and a helpful customer services representative agreed it was a mistake. I emailed over a photocopied letter from my bank saying I'd been charged £30 for not having enough money in the account to cover the cost of the payment (which, thank goodness, they'd rejected) and asked for reassurance that this incident would not affect my credit rating. Just had an email saying they won't reimburse the £30 until I send them a bank statement showing it's been taken out of my account even though the bank letter says it has. No mention of the credit rating. This company is awful and just rips off honest people. I'm so angry and upset.

Absolutely disgusting company!

Absolutely disgusting company!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I was due to give my car back as my 3 year finance had ran out, when I had my car picked up unfortunately the garage I had gained my MOT & Service certificate from had given me the incorrect document, not to worry (as advised by the gentlemen who collected my vehicle) I can go and get the certificate and scan it over to PSA Finance and they will receive this and not bill me £200.00 for the MOT and Service not being done. I went to the garage and emailed a scanned copy of this certificate within an hour of the vehicle being picked up so potentially the vehicle had not even landed back at the head office by this time. A few weeks later I receive a bill for this amount after being advised that I wouldnt be charged aslong as I send a copy of the certificate via email. Within the past month I have sent 3 queries to them through the website which I was advised to do after replying to an email from them yet received no response. Last week I receive a letter advising I need to pay this amount again I called and submitted the query but received no rsponse. Today I receive an email advising that as the document wasnt with the vehicle at the point of collection the charge stands. So I am expected to pay £200.00 for something that has already been done and for doing what THEIR EMPLOYEE advised me to do? Fair? Definitely not. After disputing this they advised that the car would have been sold at auction without this document, so apparently within an hour of my car being collected it was auctioned and sold? I will keep disputing this charge as I will NOT be paying!!! Disgusting company, poor customer service and an absolute money making company!! I would only ever recommend them if I am advising somebody to stay well clear! Also funny that all the other reviews seem to be about their extortionate charges!!!!!! VERY PLEASED TO NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER NOW STOP HARRASSING ME!!!

Horrendous company to deal with

Horrendous company to deal with. After handing back citroen car after 3yrs (PCP). Car was inspected by manheim and charges were made of approx £400 - didn't agree and refused to sign inspection report. Totally unacceptable as car was in very good condition and within general fair wear and tear for a 3yr old vehicle. Alleged poor paintwork even though lifetime guarantee held and repair done by citroen approved dealer. No option to use warranty as car was immediately sold at auction. Complained but PSA simply not receptive and very quickly transferred case to their litigation dept. As soon as Financial ombudsman was contacted, PSA reduced their charge by £250!!!!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs - charged an extreme amount for no good reason when handing a car back at the end of a PCP. Car was in great condition, was charged among other things for a dent that could not be seen without standing at the back of the car and squinting while moving your head to see a reflection distort slightly. Had originally planned to take another PCP with them but they have lost a customer for life.

psa banca peugeot , servizio clienti pietoso , si seccano sempre anche quasi quasi di rispondere al tel e consulenti incompetenti del settore recupero crediti. io gli ho chiamato una ventina di volte , perchè gli devi spiegare tutto per filo e per segno , e questo francamente non va!, loro già devono essere pronti e informati dell'argomento trattato, ti lasciano in asso a risponderti, nelle email recapitate ,non rispondono quando richiedono qualche documento, devo avvisarli io stesso se hanno recapitato il documento e poi dopo rispondono ,invece per tranquillizzarti dell'avvenuto recapito email devono rispondere e invece se ne fregano. SCHIFOOO TOTALE PLUS........
