I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

Lo mejor la atención de Jordi del concesionario Opel de Mataró. Sus explicaciones y seguimiento correctísimo. Acabo de comprar el coche así que espero todo siga bien.

Fraudulent charges, ignoring the law

Just a really bad, scamming company. I paid the end of my contract settlement and I noticed they were still scheduling to take the amount out again. I called and they said this was sorted and my account was closed. This obviously didn't happen and they tried to charge me nearly 5k twice. When I called they said there was nothing they could do about this. I asked for them to delete all of my information as i wanted no further dealings with them and was told they can hold my details for 7 years. This is completely against the law as customers have the right to request marketing information and the right to be forgotten. Part of the reason I even want this is because I do not trust them to have any access to my bank details and feel the need to tell them that any further transactions they try I have not consented to and will be fraudulent. This is how terrible and untrustworthy they are. Terrible customer service, they are slow at getting back to you and have shady, borderline illegal tactics. I submitted a request for my details to be deleted a month ago and have not heard back. I am considering taking legal action just to make sure I am safe from them.

Gave my personal details to a scam parking company. If they were legit they would have got details from dvla, Please stop doing this it’s very concerning!

Well where do I start

Well where do I start. Been a customer of this company for quite sometime now and I must say the service gets worse and worse with each letter or phone call. I have unfortunately been involved in an accident and due to their incompetence of not telling me to send them an email to cancel my service agreement. So I have been paying a service agreement for 24 months for a car I no longer have. I am yet to receive a refund of some description regarding this situation

Avoid

While the entire country is facing big economic disaster and lockdowns, and many companies goes up and above to support they customers, PSA has went up and above to crash they customers and profit from them as much as possible during this time. Shouldn't be allowed to operate.

update to my dealings with these…

update to my dealings with these cowboys,payed £299 for cosmetic paint insurance on my car tried too make a claim,and was passed all over this company on the phone,average of forty minutes each time so told them i wanted my money back, after months of being messed about and no repairs carried out,in the end they payed me £120 back so ripped me off £179.

Bought GAP insurance through PSA…

Bought GAP insurance through PSA Finance, never again!!! Takes over 40 minutes every phone call to get through to speak to someone and they ask for something different every time. Just stalling the payment of a claim. Requested my bank details to make payment then it gets passed to another team to be dealt with in "due course". Still waiting for payout from an October claim. Having to use my own cash to buy another car as they haven't paid out the settlement which I would sold in good faith that it would be sorted quickly if I ever have a vehicle written off. Check your insurance policy when you take out GAP insurance, do not use!

Rubbish customer service and scam merchants

Rubbish customer service. A poorly organised company with an irritating faceless communication barrier. Adding made up charges past contract and getting debt collection company involved to try and retain false charges whilst hiding behind the small print pretty much sums this company up. They are utter scum! Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!!

Cero estrellas por usura

He puesto una estrella porque no te deja seguir. La peor experiencia de nuestra vida en financiar algo. Compramos en noviembre del 2019 y en octubre decidimos quitar todo el préstamo, pues aunque había pagado todo lo que nos dijeron que faltaba, nos seguían llegando recibos, con cantidades diferentes, llamabas y que el calculo de lo que nos quedaba se había hecho mal, que tenia un saldo a mi favor, que no, que tenia que hacer transferencia de dicha cantidad, la aplicación que tienen por internet no te aclara nada y ni te contestan, en fin sin sin vivir, y ahora a bregar con lo de la cancelación de reserva de dominio, pagos imagino. No se os ocurra fiananciar con esta gente, a no ser que contrates a la vez a un asesor. Te sacan los ojos. Un saludo a todos.
