Well where do I start
Well where do I start. Been a customer of this company for quite sometime now and I must say the service gets worse and worse with each letter or phone call. I have unfortunately been involved in an accident and due to their incompetence of not telling me to send them an email to cancel my service agreement. So I have been paying a service agreement for 24 months for a car I no longer have. I am yet to receive a refund of some description regarding this situation
