I have been using PSA Financial…

I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

Awful customer service.

Awful customer service. Avoid at all costs. Wouldn't buy a car with Peugeot. Just add fuel again because they use this finance company. All is well until the deal comes to an end then your problems start.

Wouldn't recommend PSA as a finance for…

Wouldn't recommend PSA as a finance for your car. They are useless when it comes to customer service and take money out your bank when you put the 3 month payment break on it. The whole point of putting the payment break on is cause I couldn't afford it after losing my job and they take it out anyway. This has happened to me twice now. And takes over 10 days to get the refund back. Theyre just money money money and no customer service what so ever. Id go else where if I was anyone else. Ill never go with these ever again.

Cant understand the poor reviews . Just finished finance on my 3rd car with PSA and never had a problem with them. Always been there if i needed them and have just written off my final payment for being a " Good Customer" . When was the last time a company did that with out being asked..

PSA Finance means Devastating Consequences

PSA deliberately avoid engaging with customer complaints. They linger complaints on and on as long as possible without actions so the end of the contract is nearer. No compassion or understanding and a severe deliberate lack of communication. I’ve had experience of contract hire from numerous companies over the years.... but dealing with PSA has had devastating consequences.

Psa finance are the worst company in the whole world WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone there customer service is REALLY REALLY POOR there complaints team is also REALLY POOR I have raised a complaint via an email which has just been pushed to one side they haven't answered or dealt with any of the points I have raised in my email they CAN NOT BE BOTHERED THEY DONT HELP WITH ANY FINANCIAL HELP OR SUPPORT TO ANY OF THERE CUSTOMERS WORST WORST REGRACFUL REALLY SHOCKING BAD COMPLANY

Me ofrecen por teléfono

Me ofrecen por teléfono, en pleno confinamiento, el seguro de protección de pagos. Le explican a mi marido q si se encontrara sin trabajo, ellos te cubren las cuotas. Ahora nos encontramos en situación de Erte y mi marido q es el titular de la financiación con ayudar familiar, osea, desempleado. Llamo para utilizar el seguro, q para eso lo pagamos, y me dicen q no, q mi seguro es solo de vida, invalidez y fallecimiento, aunq en el apartado de seguros, veo q pone q sí nos cubre la baja laboral, y me siguen diciendo que no. Osea, una estafa total. Me veo con un seguro q he pagado religiosamente, q no me sirve para nada y una cuota q no puedo pagar.

PSA FINANCE ARE A DISGRACE I took out payment holiday due to the pandemic in the first wave When we came out of lock down I paid the fees that had to be paid for having the payment break which was £413 I was told over the phone that now I’ve paid that amount my payments will be as normal from now. Then... I get told that no that was wrong and my payments have gone up because interest had been added for the foreseeable future of my agreement which is rubbish as the previous lady told me they are going back to normal I have now refused to pay any more money and they can come and collect their car. I’m a young girl suffering with anxiety and depression and now some days I struggle to get out of bed because of their action also trying to get over covid 19 in the process of this all! All they have done is cause unnecessary stress and upset when someone quite clearly stated on the phone that my payments are back to normal. I’m trying to save for a mortgage and now my credit score has been squashed and wiped out by this horrendous company. There is no compassion on understanding just rudeness and lack of communication. I will be putting in a compensation claim due to the stress and anxiety they have caused on my mental health. PLEASE DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Appalling company

Appalling company, promise to call back, never do. Promise to solve problems, never do. They have caused me worry, sleepless nights, and have taken 5 months to 'help' me with a faulty car, still nothing, in fact they have made my situation much worse. The worst company to deal with ever! Dishonest and uncaring
