I would highly recommend the services by premium health. They were able to conduct my required tests in a very timely manner and effectively delivered my results. They were fast, trustworthy and all of this was very easily scheduled online.

Your people were professional and pleasant to deal with. I liked that we were tested outside where it is less likely to spread germs. Another plus is having a local place where you don't have to drive far.

Professional and polite person works fast
Nurse was on time. A bit shady because it did not say its mobile testing and had to video call somebody else for questionnaires. Nurse was careful and gentle with nasal swab and results were fast

I had an amazing experience with this company! I appreciate that they offer really fast turn around, especially for the PCR, which can typically take more than 24 hours at times. Like some of you say, I recommend the premium health line but the customer service is really great and is helpful to help you find the driver. They are usually in a branded car that says premium Health that is white with the blue lettering for premium Health. I was able to find the car and the tester was really fast and efficient. Appointments are easy to make! Again PCR was available to me about 15 hours ( had my test at 2 PM and got my results by 6 AM the next day via text). Results are easy to access via text message as well and very clear results. Highly recommend!
Making the appointment was easy as well the testing. Received the 1st part of the test in 15 minutes as mentioned, and the 2nd part within the 18 hours or less as also mentioned. What I found interesting was the mobile service provided. 👌🏼

The tester was in a hurry and did not verify what test I needed to take. Resulting in me taking a useless test that was of no value to me and my job.

Testing was easy and results are delivered as soon as they're ready o your email and via text. They are easy to access and website is easy to use. The only downside is the car with testing personnel is hard to find, so I had to call their number every time to see what car they would be in. Often it is not a branded car and therefore impossible to find in a parking lot.
Very kind . Helpful. I couldn't get my phone to do the video call . And the lady that attended me was more than kind and put it on her phone. Explains very well. Made sure I did understand everything she had explained.
Feels good to know when you in a crisis..you can find help on your phone! Simple and easy to get help and ease your mind!
