Love the convenience of booking an appointment. All my info is stored so I don’t have to fill out forms again.
Painless to make appointment online. No wait. Easy to park. Simple, straightforward. Grateful for this option for Covid and Flu testing. Also the Nurse Practitioner answered some questions I had. This is my second time using Premium Health. I refer friends.

First time using Premium Health for testing. This call from nurse was on time, professional, patient and answered all my questions. She was so helpful and getting me my appointment for onsite testing.
Only downside, hard to find in the parking lot. No tall sign or banner or easy-up. Otherwise, flawless.

Kendra, very sweet, earlier than expected, I said ‘yes that’s fine, either way’. She made it optional if I wanted to do the swiping myself or have her do it. I had her do it, just to see if I’m still doing it correctly lol. Very professional and nice to chat with. As I mentioned in another review, anybody who has or hadn’t worked with her yet hopefully will have the same affect and positive experience as me 😊

The young woman who did our Covid testing was very pleasant and efficient. She helped me navigate the questions on the website. We received the rapid test results within minutes of leaving and the PCR within the promised 18 hours. Very satisfied.
