Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.
My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon.
This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY.
If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD.
On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.
Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK.
The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

I’d just like to say how very impressed I have been with the help given and patience shown by the staff at this post office, especially over an error I made with the address when using EVRI to forward my parcel.
Very friendly and understanding.
At another time, when their scanner was malfunctioning, the young man promised to keep trying and had indeed managed to get the label printed by the time I returned.
College st post office long Eaton deserve a special mention. Take rudeness to a new level. Extremely poor customer service skills. Gave 2 stars because they were open when they said they would be and there is one member of staff who is friendly and polite. Sadly not their day in today.
Posted 3 Christmas parcels over the counter as Isleworth Post Office on 11th December, having waited 1 hour in the queue. As of 11th January, none of them has arrived at their destination. I was served by a very unhelpful elderly woman, who was quite obnoxious to a couple of the customers in front of me. She also charged me for a £10 stamp which I did not request, or receive.
The staff at Isleworth Post Office are unhelpful and incompetent, and should be replaced by new management.
No post for 3 weeks so went to the sorting office and was told "you won't have it's all piled up in boxes back here." The guy working there was as sick of the place as everyone else in the queue. In my time there everyone in there walked out shaking their head.
A company that's clearly being run by the wrong people USE OTHER SERVICES WHERE POSSIBLE.
I'll put my Xmas cards up next year eh!
Rude ignorant and uncooperative. Not the first time. On both occasions, went to collect a package. Both times made to feel like a trouble maker and a nuisance because their scanner couldn't read a QR code. Tried waving me away and calling the next person in the queue. Not a please or thank you either. Fuming. Shouldn't be confronted with such rudeness by a service provider. Item was a gift for my wife and the experience at this place sucked all the joy out of it.
I bought a label online dec 16th.
To post a parcel to rhe USA for xmas. It was £35.
Unfortunately l fell ill and was unable to go post office to either print the lable or post it.
Therefore it was never used. I asked for a refund 4 tines by email and 1 call .
They responded today telling me that it had been posted and was tracking!!
I never sent it with this label!!! its still here on my hallway!
I'm disabled and have low funds. Shocked they have treated me this way and lied saying it's posted when its never left my house!!!! Shocking !
absolute waste of time. sent documents first class signed for on the 03/01/2025 to a court regarding an haring on the 09/01/2025 on the 09/01/25 the tracking still showing they have it and still not delivered
the hearing did not receive the documents. waiting to hear from the court and the consequences of this total useless post service
Why do the Post Office employ people who have a nasty attitude. My gate is close!!! Postman delivers letters, you think he would close back the gate🤔 No instead wants to give attitude. If we he said had to close every gate, as he saying it dog runs out.( Majority are scare of dogs) That's why I said Close the gate. If the dog had got out and bit you (god forbid) You can't say Jack. Already lost one baby already thanks to a postman.

Delivery between 7.30 AM and 7.30PM…! Wtf… absolutely rediculous… I’m sure they could use a 6 hour window at least, not a 12hr one…. Pfffff. I call that CRAP SERVICE, thanks
