Isleworth Post Office

Posted 3 Christmas parcels over the counter as Isleworth Post Office on 11th December, having waited 1 hour in the queue. As of 11th January, none of them has arrived at their destination. I was served by a very unhelpful elderly woman, who was quite obnoxious to a couple of the customers in front of me. She also charged me for a £10 stamp which I did not request, or receive. The staff at Isleworth Post Office are unhelpful and incompetent, and should be replaced by new management.

Failure to honour appointment

Medigold arranged for me to have a telephone appointment this morning - their clinician was to call me at the appointed time. I received no phone call, and they have failed to respond to several emails from me asking for an explanation. They also made a big deal about GDPR compliance and password protecting sensitive documents; then failed to apply the password to the document containing personal details.
