Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Terrible antiquated service

Opened a savings account recently and Post Office did everything possible to make it very difficult to withdraw money from my account. Followed instructions on line but process did not work. Phoned contact centre and they said they couldn't do anything unless I sent them a letter by post, totally antiquated. I have now closed account and set up Metro Savings account, Metro Bank have been excellent and offer a higher interest rate.

I've refused to use my local post…

I've refused to use my local post office in Minchinhampton Gloucestershire for years now mostly because of the miserable pair that run it. The other post office in Tesco Nailsworth isn't much better with a slow service and miserable staff. After watching the ITV drama about the post office scandal I'm not now surprised. Why isn't Vennells in prison? She destroyed lives and got off Scot free. I will boycott the post office wherever I can.

**This is against Hightown Post Office Branch, Waterloo Road, Manchester** This branch of the post office has the worst customer service ever. The staffs are very rude and they don't give a damn about customer service. Every time there's a bad experience. It's not an isolated event. The authorities must take action against this branch. Also, this branch is kept dirty always. No care for customers and no care for cleanliness!

Mr Bates v. The Post Office

Watching the ITV programme Mr. Bates v The Post Office.The Post Office should be absolutely ashamed of the treatment of these innocent people - they have humilated them, bankrupted them, caused mental illness, stress, imprisionment & even suicide. The Company should be forced to pay these unfortunate people millions compensation and a full apology immediately. The CEO at the time & should be imprisioned and their family humilated and left homeless. The scum of the earth.
