Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Sent a 2 parcels to be collected by parcel force 24 hours delivery… handed them over .. got receipt.. 3 days later it’s still saying they have not been dropped off by sender (me) so where are they ! Tried calling them they do not answer!

It Was £297 now £410. No claims

I have had home insurance for many years with no claims. Last year was £297 but this year £410. Over £100 increase. Absolutely disgusting and where is loyalty?

Waiting in hospital appointments for…

Waiting in hospital appointments for emergency screening... But it seems post office decided to only deliver to the derrymacash area a few days last week and so far only o e day this week. Instead our new postman has been put out to serve another area as witnessed by myself .. so we are no longer getting a daily service... one star is too much

one star is too much. Asked for proof of delivery. The guy gave me proof of posting & said that is what I asked for (I didn't). He then tried charging me £8.35 for Registered post. After leaving, I went onto the Post Office web pages and I should have been offered 1st Class Signed For which would have been £3.35. He was just ripping me off because he couldn't be bothered.

Traditional values and excellent customer service.

Booker Avenue Post Office L19 3PF. My wife wished to renew her passport at a Post Office offering Digital Check and Send. She phoned Booker Avenue Post Office, who explained in detail the process and what to bring with her and the best time to come. We arrived at Booker Avenue Post Office and had Excellent Service. The lady behind the counter, dealt with the complete package including taking the photograph of my wife and sending the application off. Whilst she was doing this, another lady went behind the counter to deal with other customers. The Post office was very clean and well stocked with a lot of stationery and birthday cards etc. We also purchased from the post office shop several birthday and anniversary cards and the lady working in the shop was also very helpful. This is the first time I have ever been in Booker Avenue Post Office and my wife and I will certainly be using it again even though it is 4.4 miles from my home. It was like going back in time with traditional values and excellent customer service. Thank You to the three ladies who operated the Post Office.

Worst customer experience ever in a…

Worst customer experience ever in a post office, Crook, County Durham, 12:30pm 4/2/2025. Totally awful rude woman behind the counter, spoke to me like I was dirt, firstly because I placed my parcel on the wrong scale then because I quizzed the cost of the postage, I was literally just asking the question, she took it personally as if she was setting the prices. A normal response would be , ‘oh let’s have a look and I’ll give you some other options’. Didn’t get her name but she was short, sandy brown bobbed hair and looked about 60. Just awful! These people represent the Royal Mail, I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and arrogant this member of staff was. I really think this woman needs to be taken away from the front of house and given a job in the store room stacking parcels or licking stamps out of the way of paying customers?

Mansfield Woodhouse Post Office Non-service!

I was kept waiting for about 15 minutes there was only one customer apart from me, there were two counters but one was closed. The two regular staff were behind the one 'open' counter and they were talking to the other customer Both of the staff completely ignored me, there was no apology for keeping me waiting No communication. iIwas late morning it was not busy.Why do they treat customers so disrespctfullly ?

AWFUL!!!!

AWFUL!!!!! Trying to return goods I purchased back to the retailer in Germany for refund. Post office branch offered EVRi service so I chose them.....BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE!!...to use both Post Office and EVRi services!!! Something has gone very wrong as EVRi demanded Duty/Taxes from retailer for the return parcel (I already paid duty etc for this parcel when originally purchased and received, it is solely a return of those goods!!!). Just been going round in circles with both companies...can't ever speak to a human being of get past AI chatbot with EVRi. Worse still, they are returning parcel back to me!!! So out of pocket: £26 for failed delivery process, no refund for return products insight, £70 for Duty paid on the goods that I am returning and prospect of more costs to send 2nd attempt.......what an earth is going on Post Office & EVri??? Someone has stuffed up!! Went back to post office, they didn't want to know, said nothing they could do/nothing to do with them despite them selling me the service. Worse still, the manager proceeded to say how awful EVRi is and they have had constant problems with them.... Both companies awful! But seriously, what is up with the post office! Have put in a complaint directly with ... I am massively out of pocket, stuck with goods still to return and totally confused about the whole process of buying and returning goods when retailers in the EU.
