It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute
What a beautiful ship, staff, food, drink, rooms the whole experience was memorable, my first cruise and a fantastic experience with great and beautiful locations visited in Norway.
Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.
Customer Service appalling and scammers taking advantage.
We have booked a cruise later this year, Iβm sure it will be fine. However, P&O Customer Services are absolutely appalling. We had a query on an excursion, they took money and then said excursion was full. We are still waiting for a refund. We tried contacting Customer Services, waited over an hour for live chat, and over two hours for the phone to be picked up. On both occasions we were cut off. We then left a message on their X corporate page asking for help. We were then contacted by scammers pretending to be P&O. P&Oβs X pages are being targeted by scammers yet we canβt inform them of this as it takes so long to get through to them. Surely they should be aware of these scammers and monitor their own corporate X page. If somebody responds to a customers request and it has not come from P&O then surely they should be warning the customer not to respond to that person. It does not fill you with any confidence that PNO will provide us with a good cruise when their Customer Service is so poor and they are irresponsible when it comes to protecting their own customers on their own X pages, which they encourage customers to use as a contact method. I have sent them a complaint form, I will update this message if I receive any response.
1st cruise to Norwegian Fjords was an amazing experience from the moment we set foot in the terminal at Southampton until we arrived back. The staff were very efficient and friendly - we were directed to our cabin in no time to find our luggage already outside our door. The food in all restaurants and buffet was very good quality with lots of choice. All the areas of the ship were always clean and tidy. Huge choice of activities each day and great range of entertainment each night.
Just come back from 2weeks in the Mediterranean on the Arvia, our first Cruise and we were both blown away by the whole experience, staff worked tirelessly and always a smile on their face, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of choices with food and thought standards were good. Entertainment was ok but we were quite happy to chill most evenings with a drink or just explore the ship. Think we will be hooked on Cruising now π 10/10
Not sure if it is P & O generally or just the cruise on the Ventura to Spain and Portugal. Seemed very over crowded, on sea days no sunbeds, too many people putting towels on them. Hard to find somewhere to sit inside as well. Also the staff seem very dissatisfied generally. Reception staff were particularly bad, especially "Clint". Total misinformation,dismissive and rude. Don't think I'll be booking with P & O again in the near future.
Absolute Fabulous Cruise on Britannia to Norway through the fjords. The staff were so friendly and always hospitable. Thank you to all the Crew in The Glasshouse, Crow Nest, and Sindhu. Can't wait to get back on board. See you all soon.
Just back from 12 nights on queen of the fleet Aurora, visiting Norway. We ran into some weather and were unable to make the first three ports but instead stopped in Stavanger and Narvik, so only one port less. Trondheim, Romsdalen and Haugesund were visited as expected. The ship looked good after her refurb programme and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Great food options and a fantastic Headliners company to entertain us.
We embarked in Southampton for a cruise to the Norwegian Ffords, on the Britannia and from the moment we got there the service and the staff were fabulous!!
We had been upgraded which was amazing and had a beautiful room which was immaculate. The food was brilliant and all the staff were attentive polite and eager to help. I would definitely recommend P&O and Britannia to
everyone.

This was our first time on a P&O ship and it did not disappoint the ship was beautiful the food aimed at the British market and Norway was stunning and warm π I would definitely recommend a Norwegian cruise if you haven't been before
