Customer Service appalling and scammers taking advantage.
We have booked a cruise later this year, I’m sure it will be fine. However, P&O Customer Services are absolutely appalling. We had a query on an excursion, they took money and then said excursion was full. We are still waiting for a refund. We tried contacting Customer Services, waited over an hour for live chat, and over two hours for the phone to be picked up. On both occasions we were cut off. We then left a message on their X corporate page asking for help. We were then contacted by scammers pretending to be P&O. P&O’s X pages are being targeted by scammers yet we can’t inform them of this as it takes so long to get through to them. Surely they should be aware of these scammers and monitor their own corporate X page. If somebody responds to a customers request and it has not come from P&O then surely they should be warning the customer not to respond to that person. It does not fill you with any confidence that PNO will provide us with a good cruise when their Customer Service is so poor and they are irresponsible when it comes to protecting their own customers on their own X pages, which they encourage customers to use as a contact method. I have sent them a complaint form, I will update this message if I receive any response.
