It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

What a beautiful ship, staff, food, drink, rooms the whole experience was memorable, my first cruise and a fantastic experience with great and beautiful locations visited in Norway.
Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

1st cruise with aurora wanted to try a slightly smaller ship than some of the bigger ones aurora was lovely cabin was standard balcony plenty of room clea and comfy you can do as little as you want or pack your day with entertainment buffet restaurant was amazing so much choice for everyone pools fab staff and crew were all friendly and polite can't complain about anything

Our first time on a cruise ship and we were slightly unsure of what it would be like. The embankment was so quick, taking away all the stress of the airport and within 30 minutes our bags were checked and we were sat with a drink. The ship was great, even if it took us a while to navigate ourselves around and very clean. The staff were all fantastic and the entertainment was good- The headliners was one of the best shows we have seen on holiday. We had to change itinerary due to the weather forecast but this was communicated very early and was the right decision we had an amazing day at sea in the sun and an easy tender on to Guernsey. We will be booking again!

We had great weather during the Norwegian fjords cruise, which helped. The stops were all quite varied which kept things interesting and most of the staff went above and beyond to help us and make our 1st cruise very relaxing. Unsure when we will be able to get another sailing, but would definitely recommend and hope to try again. A few special highlights: - the Glass House restaurant on Britannia - Brian Boru Irish pub in Stavanger (they should do an excursion!) - Olden as a place to visit is just spectacular.

We went on Iona to Norway for a week. From embarkation to dismbarkation the cruise was great. The ship is in excellent condition. The staff are friendly and all work hard. Inside cabin this time instead of usual balcony, but it was fine, a good price but would pick on away from the front of the ship as there was some noise disturbance from the deck below, cabin was on deck 8. I took ear plugs so that helped. Cabin steward Vitresh looked after every little thing and the cabin was spotless. Food amazing, excellent choice and good quality especially in the Keel and Cow, which you pay a little extra for, but well worth it. You could do as much or as little as you wanted to do. Went to various venues on the ship which were all great. The entertainment was mixed so you could choose what to see and do. I personally loved the 710 club for the live band experience in a small venue which made for a special atmosphere and felt like you were special when you were in there. Thanks to Jacob and the rest of the band and the amazing bar staff, fabulous experience. Norway is a fabulous experience, I love it, unfortunately due to bad weather had to miss Olden, it happens, you just can't predict the weather. The ship is amazing and is great for young families as well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone.

We have just returned from a mini cruise on Aurora and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! We took my sister and husband who have never cruised and they absolutely loved it! Good food, staff were awesome, entertainment brilliant. Can't fault it at all. Its a 3rd P&O and think that Aurora is the best, small and personal.

Just returned from a wonderful one week trip on Iona to the Norwegian fjords. It was our first cruise and we weren’t sure about cruising, especially on such a big ship. We loved it! We travelled by coach from Glasgow to Southampton, no mean feat. We’d do it again in a heartbeat. On go the cases and you don’t see them again until you reach your cabin. Off the coach, no waiting, straight through security and on board in a flash. Lovely balcony cabin. So much variety of food, entertainment etc on Iona. More than 5000 passengers and the ship never felt crowded as there was always a quiet corner to be had. Looking forward to deciding on our next cruise experience. Even a missed port couldn’t dampen our enthusiasm.

The whole experience was extremely satisfactory, the stff in all areas of cruise ship were helpful and went out of their way to make our cruise experience relaxed, enjoyable and satisfactory in all our aspects of our cruise. Our holiday was on Arvia, and at first we were apprehensive about the size and some of the negative reviews that we read, however we had a brilliant time. The choice of restaurants is extensive and the speciality restaurants are reasonably priced. The service was excellent, the waiters are always so busy, but we never waited more than 5 miniutes, and there was someone to take our drinks or food order. We saw some brilliant acts in the theatre, and although we had to book, or go into a virtual queue it worked seamlessly. Our only criticism was people booking sun beds, for which we thought there should have been more control, but it happens wherever you go, and we did not let it spoil our holiday. The whirlpools were great, and there were plenty of them dotted round the ship, which was a lovely alternative to the swimming pools. All in all we had a great experience.

Just returned from 12 days Norwegian cruise on the Aurora. Excellent embarcation arrangements, cases arrived at the cabin only just after us ! Weather (gales) caused loss of three official ports (unable to tender) but the arrangements for alternative stops was excellent. Food superb, and even better (!) in Sindhu and Glass House....with a large range of gluten free offers available. Disembarcation was also simple. Excellent cruise.....more to come !
