P&O Cruises is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

What a beautiful ship, staff, food, drink, rooms the whole experience was memorable, my first cruise and a fantastic experience with great and beautiful locations visited in Norway.
Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

Just returned from my first Cruise, which was on the Azura. what a week, Loved it.

Our first cruise as a group of 8. The preparation was made easy with regular coms. On board staff and ambience was positive and friendly. Use of pools and whirlpool could be better moderated for equality in usage. The ship felt clean , safe and jovial on every deck. Maybe use of an app on board to communicate and help daily to do list might help, especially when travelling in a group.

We had an amazing time on Ventura. The cabin was spotless, the food was amazing, the entertainment was fab. All the staff were friendly, helpful and patient. We will definitely be booking another cruise with P&O.

I contacted P&O several weeks ago to advise of my husbands passing and provided a copy of the death certificate. We were due to go on a cruise next year to celebrate our golden wedding with our extended family. We did not want to cancel the cruise just amend my booking with a view to sailing on a different date. I was assured, by email, that my booking had been amended however when I logged on to my account I was horrified to see my booking had not been amended and my husband was still listed as a passenger causing much distress. Attempts to contact customer service remain unanswered

Had a fabulous time in the Norwegian Fjords on the Iona. Beautiful ship, great crew, breathtaking scenery. Food was outstanding, service impeccable.

This was a fabulous cruise and a great way to celebrate ours mum's 60th birthday. The customer service was excellent π and the staff were always happy to help. Our housekeeper Bella always greeted us with a pleasant good morning and the room was always spotless, to a very high standard. The food was brilliant in every restaurant and there was a great deal of variety to cater to everyone in our party. A fabulous holiday with the intention of returning at a later date. Thank you all for your kind and most welcoming hospitality! Thumbs up and hopefully a well earned break soon for the hard working staff who make the cruising experience.
