Disappointing customer service
I contacted P&O several weeks ago to advise of my husbands passing and provided a copy of the death certificate. We were due to go on a cruise next year to celebrate our golden wedding with our extended family. We did not want to cancel the cruise just amend my booking with a view to sailing on a different date. I was assured, by email, that my booking had been amended however when I logged on to my account I was horrified to see my booking had not been amended and my husband was still listed as a passenger causing much distress. Attempts to contact customer service remain unanswered
