PLT isn’t just about loosing weight ….
Just completed my 2nd 6 months with PLT. I have learnt to balance my food - enjoy carbs again. I am more in tune with my body and for the first time in years … I sleep. To begin with it was all about loosing weight but I have certainly moved on from there. Any pound lost is a bonus !My coach is very thoughtful, supportive and encouraging. Thank you to PLT and their amazing team.
