I have been working with PLT Nutrition FOR 7 months now and feel the habits and lifestyle changes to my eating are invaluable. I feel empowered, motivated, and in tune with my body!

My PLT coach is positive and made me feel comfortable without judgement. Realistic strategies on how to improve overtime was helpful.
I had to come here & boast about this company. PLT has helped me make some real life medical changes. Two years ago I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I was devastated. I thought I was doing pretty good. I was determined not go on medication. My cholesterol was high , vit D low , LDL not good, you get the picture. One year with this company I've not only lost 40 lbs & 35 inches, but I've reversed my Osteoporosis without medication, & all my markers are in a great range now. My coach was dedicated to helping me improve my health. Actually they really preach about health first strength training NSV,& then weight loss. They offer a complete package , with a genuine care about people's health. I can't thank them enough for turning my health around. My Dr said I've added years to my life.
PLT coaching has helped me make small changes that have had a big impact not just on my weight but more importantly on how I feel! Menopause is NOT a roadblock with PLT!! So many people tried to tell me I was ‘stuck’ and should just resign myself to the fact that my belly fat is a fact of life now just like night sweats and mood swings. Fast forward 9 months (so far) working with my amazing coach at PLT and I am leaner, stronger and sleeping like I did 5 years ago! I am feeling balanced and healthy and quite honestly amazed at what my changing body is capable of in this challenging time of life. Grateful beyond words for my coach and everyone at PLT; they are all so supportive and helpful in my journey💛
This has been a life changing experience. Having tried every possible diet I found PLT and decided to take 1 final attempt to get my health back on track and it WORKED! I’ve been struggling with the menopause belly and with the pandemic I’d gained 40lb I just couldn’t shift. Over the past year PLT have shown me a healthier approach to nutrient on that also has helped me lose 37lb whilst eating MORE food! Menopause weight gain be gone! My cholesterol is lower, blood pressure lower and I can finally run 3 miles! I just can’t say enough about PLT. My coach was amazing we are so connected. The regular live zoom calls are my fave and I’m really goign to miss them! If you need help. Call PLT!
I thought I was basically signing up for a weight-loss program with PLT in April of this year, but it's been SO much more than that since day one! Not only have I lost weight and inches, I've had so many other victories in the last three+ months in areas that were not even on my radar! My bloodwork shows that my bad cholesterol and triglycerides are at optimal levels, and my good cholesterol and Vit D levels are also in the optimal range now. WOW!! The swelling and bloating I was experiencing are in essence gone. My energy levels are up. All in all, I feel 1000% better than I did before I started the program. I've been eating healthy foods and totally enjoying every meal now! My cravings for sugar are non-existent, and my coach Kasha has been my cheerleader since the beginning. I've decided to re-sign for another 6 months and can't WAIT to see where that will take me! This has been absolutely life-changing for me, and as an added bonus, my husband is now copying my new eating habits and has lost weight and his man gut to boot. I could not be happier with my decision to sign up!!
The accountability I need to stick with my commitment to my health- both mental and physical. My coach, Kasha is a constant support and inspiration to stick with my plan.

I had wanted to join PLT for quite some time, but never wanted to spend the money. I finally did back in May, and it was the best decision. I'm learning that losing weight and inches doesn't mean restricting yourself from eating. You can actually eat a lot! I was even able to maintain during a week of vacation. My coach, Jessica, is awesome! I love having the accountability each week. Investing in your health is priceless!
I love the positive support on all PLT platforms. It’s a simple concept- eat good food in balance and moderation, and increase your movement. As a lifelong dieter, that’s way harder than you think. The PLT team brings knowledge and compassion- there’s no “you can’t do this, eat this, etc”, it’s always guidance in a positive way for achieving simple goals.
As an active woman who hit menopause and tried everything, I really thought that the additional weight, soft muscles, low energy, sleeplessness, achy joints,hot flashes ALL of it was menopause and a new normal I had to just learn to accept….until I started PLT! What menopause? I’ve lost weight and inches while gaining muscle and sleeping! Yes! Even sleeping…all while eating everything I love and learning what my body needs to thrive. That PLT publishes so much of what they offer for free is a true testament to the level of support they offer. If you are in peri or menopause and are looking for what works, it’s not packaged food or products, it’s water, fiber, movement, strength training, relaxed macro tracking, balance, consistency, and an amazing online community of support. My coach developed a plan that works for me and my lifestyle. It is realistic and manageable, and it allows me to be human. I'm truly astonished at how well the program continues to work for me. I've done weight watchers, noom, and other diets. PLT has changed my entire approach to nutrition.
Getting older and becoming pre-menopausal resulted in weight gain that I had never experienced before. I thought I was eating well, but my weight kept creeping up. I decided to try out 6 months of coaching to see if we could turn things around. I learned so much about how I should be eating, while at the same time, never having to deny certain foods that I wanted to eat. I just needed to figure out how to incorporate it into my macros. Coach Deb was so helpful over my first 6 months, that it was an easy decision to renew for another 6 months. I haven’t been the perfect client, and I’ve had some ups and downs. But Coach Deb has never made me feel bad for it, and has only been supportive and encouraging every step of the way. I still have some work to do, and will continue on my plan for at least a few more months to where I feel I can comfortably maintain my weight on my own. Joining the PLT community has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself and my health.
Accountability at its best. Coach Allie pushed me to strive harder and plan ahead of time. My lifestyle involves going out 3x/week which makes it hard to stick to a meal plan, but with her help I was able to make swaps that didnt feel like too much of a compromise and now I am at my lowest weight since pre-baby (2 yrs ago!)
Working with a personal coach has made all the difference in my results! Jessica is amazing, she kept me focused on the path ahead and helped me reach goals I've never had before!
