PLT Nutrition is everything! I have been working with a PLT Coach for 13 weeks and am down 8 lbs and 8.7 inches. PLT’s approach of keeping it simple, consistency, accountability, and coaching really works - I have a whole new outlook on my nutrition and what I need to do to properly fuel my body. The coaches and community are so supportive and like nothing else I have ever experienced. I am inspired on a daily basis by my amazing coach, Patti Lawson, and the rest of this wonderful community. I highly recommend PLT Nutrition to anyone who wants to improve their relationship with nutrition and fitness - just do it, you won’t regret it!

After 9 months with PLT, I am so much closer to my goal of living a sustainable, healthy lifestyle and healing my relationship with food. My coach has been there through all of life’s twists and turns these last few months, reminding me of how much progress I have made, not only physically but also mentally! The PLT philosophy is not demonizing any food, but changing the way you look at your whole nutritional balance. After years of the on, off again diet merry go round, PLT has helped me achieve so much more self confidence and a path to being healthy for the future!

PLT has exceeded my expectations! As a woman in menopause struggling with weight gain & body composition changes, I decided to give PLT a try as a last ditch effort. I was skeptical because nothing I was doing on my own was helping me lose weight. I’m so glad I signed up & I wish I had signed up earlier! One of the biggest differences in their program is their “flexible diet” approach & not having to be perfect to get results. This approach has been a game changer for me! I’m finishing my first session & looking forward to signing up for at least another 6 months to really solidify all I’ve learned!
Before I joined PLT I had hesitation about if it would be valuable but over the last 13 weeks have learned so much and Britt was an amazing support with helpful feedback and encouragement each week!

PLT was a game changer for me. Before joining PLT I thought I was living a healthy lifestyle, but now I realize I was really just stuck in my comfort zone. And nothing grows in the comfort zone so I needed to make a change. After lurking for months on Facebook I saw a post talking about losing weight after menopause which I thought was not possible. But reading the post and seeing pictures of a woman my age made me realize that I must be doing something wrong. I decided to take the plunge and it was the best decision I ever made. My coach Patti made all the difference. She provided the guidance and advice I needed to stay on track. But more importantly, she understands that you need to live your life, go on vacation, and eat a cookie every now and then. Staying consistent with food choices and exercise and finding a balance is really working for me. And there is no such thing as too much protein! That was really eye opening to me! She is so positive and encouraging. I love that nothing is off limits and macros are in ranges so I never feel restricted. Also the scale was never my favorite thing but I am learning to live within a range not a set number. I have lost inches and pounds but I have gained so much knowledge that I will carry with me every day. Take the plunge, you won’t regret it!
I love the personal touch, the weekly. Heck in’s with my coach, and the constant access to my coach. The community is fantastic as well, such a positive place to be. I love the foundations you learn early on and all the support you get through your journey. Each persons journey is different and the coaches honor that by not having the same plan for everyone.
PLT is the real deal! I love their flexible & realistic approach to health & wellness. I don't have to avoid certain foods or food groups to be healthy & live a balanced lifestyle. I have a way better relationship with food & have a better understanding of what my body needs.
I struggled to lose weight on my own. With PLT, Katie made the goals simple and achievable. She constantly reassured and praised me along the way. Even though I didn’t have immediate success on the scale, she assured me that changes were still happening. This way of eating is sustainable. You don’t have to be perfect, you just need to remember your goals and be consistent.
PLT coaching is all about learning lifestyle changes. It is not a fad or a diet and the concepts are not complex. I have had a great experience, and successfully navigated from some weight loss now to maintenance. I have had a couple coaches and they all have been super insightful and supportive no matter what the journey.
PLT has been the best thing I’ve done. They off many great resources on top of their knowledge. I have been working with Allie for almost 6 months now, I’m very happy with my progress. She has been very helpful in helping me get closer to my goals. I love that PLT is flexible in when it comes to eating when on vacations and when life just happens sometimes (we are all human).
I am about 12 weeks into my journey and it has been a game changer for me. I have always struggled finding support with a mostly vegetarian lifestyle. I was paired with a plant based coach who was helped me up my protein and have a more well rounded diet. I have learned that the scale is just a number and the true results show in the monthly photos. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change.
I haven't been the model client as Life continuously derailed my progress. However, I appreciate how coach Jess has been able to share tips and best practices on how to navigate while still reaching my goals. I'm learning so much about which types of food work well for my lifestyle. I didn't reach the number on the scale but saw changes in my daily habits which led to decrease in body inches.
I could not be any happier with my progress over the past 12 weeks! I attribute much of this to my, Coach Britt! Her exceptional knowledge, direct support and continuous energy was key! Not only did she teach me to maintain throughout the day rather than starve myself (which I've done for YEARS) but everything that somehow naturally seems to follow. So many improvements in my energy levels, my sleep patterns and overall feel good in my own skin (and clothes)!
Appreciate that the coaches work with you and there's lots of flexibility, numbers aren't a one-and-done thing. Macro ranges evolve and aren't intended to be frustrating. Love the Facebook community and all the pictures of food.
