The price is very good, and delivery speedy

The tap water already tastes different with your Phox Water. My only problem is I got your Glass version and the handle is part of the plastic filter and I worry when the glass container is full it may be too heavy and fall off! The glass container should have had part of the plaster filter under the glass bottom for safety.

I'm on my 3rd jug and whilst the first one was fine (it broke as my daughter dropped it), the 2nd two have been awful. I bought the 3rd because I thought perhaps I had a faulty one but it was the same. Leaks all the time and is an absolute pain no matter how hard I try to get the lid on perfectly. My husband and father in law haven't been able to do it either. If you read the John Lewis reviews lots of people say the same. I did email customer service and was sent a new seal (which took ages to arrive and I had to chase it) but it was the same. I won't be buying again and will be glad to get rid of it.

I received my so called 12 month starter pack yesterday 14/04/2025 I opened it to find only 8x sachets I have messaged Phox and they claim the filters last 45 days thing is 45 x 8 = 360 not 365 which = 12 months, so each customer is being done out of 5 whole days, their response was this: Thank you for your email and for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your insights and have forwarded your message to the relevant team for their review.

Love the taste of the filtered water. it’s so easy to reuse original equipmen. I’ve recently ordered my 2nd year of filter packs. Brilliant!

I was really pleased to find a company offering an affordable alternative to plastic disposable water filters. The design of the Phox V2 appealed too. The order arrived quickly and it was fairly straightforward to put the filter together. My only concern was that the heavy glass jug is only connected by a twist top to the plastic handle and water reservoir. It can be tricky reattaching the jug and unfortunately we obviously didn’t do this well enough on one occasion and it came apart, smashing the jug on our tiles. To be fair to Phox, they offered us a replacement jug for only the cost of the postage and we’re still using this. Overall: good company; great aim; affordable alternative; and stylish design if somewhat impractical. I’m hoping the V3 will have a slightly more robust design and I’ll be the first to sign up!

Super quick delivery and great plastic free, low waste packaging.

The replacement filter we purchased from Phox is probably the best item I have brought for a long time, it is far less expensive than the plastic disposable we used in the past and I would say to anyone thinking of purchasing a product don't hesitate just buy. The delivery was on time and only took 2 day's and came well packed for Protection of the product, well happy.

I now have two jugs; one to filter out the lime to stop my kettle and coffee machine from furring up, and also the glass jug for my drinking water which maintains the essential minerals. Thank you

Bought the glass jug which is fine although I thought it would hold more water. Our water here on the Isle of Wight is particularly hard and tastes awful, however I have been able to drink tap water for the first time in 51 years!! My only downside was the size but we will get used to that. Arrived on time and was well packed, also set up email reminder so I don’t forget when to replace the filtration which is brilliant for me, and just as importantly no cartridges to recycle. Thank you.
