Leaking Jug
I'm on my 3rd jug and whilst the first one was fine (it broke as my daughter dropped it), the 2nd two have been awful. I bought the 3rd because I thought perhaps I had a faulty one but it was the same. Leaks all the time and is an absolute pain no matter how hard I try to get the lid on perfectly. My husband and father in law haven't been able to do it either. If you read the John Lewis reviews lots of people say the same. I did email customer service and was sent a new seal (which took ages to arrive and I had to chase it) but it was the same. I won't be buying again and will be glad to get rid of it.
