Scottish based company, reduction in plastics with refillable chambers and I love the alkaline water

Quick delivery. Great new glass water jug, no more filters out plastics to then just have your water sitting in plastic. Really made a difference to the taste of the water, our water here tastes very chlorinated, it got rid of all of that. Very happy and no more throwaway a whole load of plastic every time I change the filter. Brilliant.

Easy to use and very useful. Using the filter definitely makes a difference in a hard water area. I normally order the year long refill pack and I just received my "softener" refill. The water tastes better and there's less limescale in the kettle.

I've been using Phox Filters for a couple of years and can honestly say the water tastes wonderful. I use the 'Clean' filters. It's brilliant that the plastic filter is reusable. The filters are easy to clean and refill, take your time as it's easier than trying to rush. Price wise these are cheaper than Brita filters.

I purchased a Phox Wave 2.8L water filter jug via Amazon. I had a question about the product so I contacted Phox Water direct, and was very pleased to receive a prompt reply answering my question. Very reassuring. With regard to the jug, I bought the filters for magnesium and alkalinity. The water is clean and clear and tastes wonderful, so i can highly recommend it.
