Love everything about this. My water is very hard so am using the filtered water for hot and cold drinks. No more scummy limescale in my tea !

I have received a carbon filter too small on 4 separate occasions. I have emailed about this but gotten no response.

I currently have an 8 litre Brita Flow. I was finding that I had to change the water filters more often than recommended as I have extremely hard water. I heard about Phox having a refillable Maxtra + compatible water filter cartridge so have been using this instead. I was also concerned about the amount of plastic I was throwing away. I love the idea and I have to say the water tastes much better than the Brita filters; however, I do have a lot of trouble with the flow of the water through the filter, especially when I have just changed the granules. Customer services have been as helpful as they can be but I fear that my water is just too full of nasties to carry on using Phox. I am now looking at gravity water filters as an alternative.

Love this sustainable and earth conscious product! It has been great and eases my kind about contaminants as well as impact of throwing out plastic filters. This is reusable and easy to refill. I am so glad I found this product and this company!

I love the idea of less waste! It filters a little more slowly than the regular ones. This could be me as this is the first time I've used this product. I will be ordering a 2nd one for my hot water dispenser because who doesn't love double filtered water for their hot drinks? :)

when we made tea or drank water it was scummy. Now that problem has been solved with your filter kit

I kept looking at water filters. I wanted glass and slim. I didn’t want black but eventually I went for it. I have to say. It’s well built. Easy to use and pour and I love it.
