Loving the water filter, the taste of the water is so good, but I’m upset that on the day I ordered it the price was reduced 20%, I would appreciate some free filter packs to make up for it. Thanks

Brilliant product end to end - my water tastes better than ever, even better than when I was using the orginal Brita filters, which I didn't expect! That horrible clorine smell has gone completely. 🙏 It's so nice to be able to drink filtered water guilt free - throwing away an unnecessary amount of plastic every month made me feel pretty bad + the hassle of figuring out how to take the Brita filter apart to separate the recyclable bits. It's great that someone has figured out how to spare us of both, at a honest and affordable price (I chose the 12 months option). The comms from Phox is also genuinely caring for our Planet 💚 and humbly grateful to every customer, which makes me want to support them even more.

Very happy with my second year purchase! Reasonably priced and love that I'm not wasting plastics, also the water tastes so much better. Wouldn't go back to what I had previously, thoroughly recommend Phox Water!

I really hope they will take a moment to respond to my email. I have been waiting for a while now, and it's very frustrating not knowing the answer to my important questions. A simple reply would go a long way. Very disappointing.

Excellent and very cost effective service.

Excellent product - our water is soft and with no unpleasant taste now it’s filtered. The best bit - each filter last 45 days and there’s no plastic waste! Wonderful!

The jug is good looking and the cartridges were not too difficult to change and insert but my tea cups are still stained !!! So the jug is not filtering the water I even tried a Phox filter in my Brita jug but they were inadequate at filtering the water and the top kept coming off the filter I’m not happy at spending all this money on what seemed to be a good idea environmentally but not good enough

The product is great, good for me & environment. I use the softener cartridge (very hard water area) for tea making - it is very good at removing the minerals. The alkaline makes the water taste great. The delivery is always timely and I like the packaging - again, very environment friendly. I changed from Brita a while back, no regrets.

Great product and service

Disappointed – filters don’t live up to the promised lifespan I switched from Brita to Phox expecting a more eco-friendly and longer-lasting solution, but I’ve been thoroughly disappointed. The filters are advertised to last up to 45 days or 200 litres, but after just 2–2.5 weeks, limescale starts building up in my kettle and the water filters through very slowly. This clearly shows the filter stops softening the water far earlier than claimed. I reached out to customer support via Instagram and received a generic response. I then sent a more detailed email, but never got a reply. Very poor customer service. In the end, this product turned out to be neither economical nor sustainable, and it does not deliver on its promises. I’m switching back to Brita — at least their filters perform as advertised.
